S&F new mild steel lock 4 lever as per existing size and design with key in duplicate including taking out existing defective unserviceable lock from the almirah complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F new steel chromium plated handle 125mm long of approved quality including taking out existing unserviceable/broken handle coplete all as specified and as directed.

S&F new leg made out of 18 gauge plain mild steel black sheet to the original position by necessary welding including applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including taking out old rusted worn out leg (right or left) from almirah complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F new mild steel shelves as per existing size made out of 1mm thick mild steel plain back sheet duly bent to shape along with fixing materials including applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer before fixing of shelves in position and one coat of olive green synthetic enamel paint after fixing including taking out the existing unserviceable shelves from almirah complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing old existing unsv Plytop from Bed Hard and S&F of new 12mm thick plytop of siutable size, ISI marked, BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood of unpolished edging of approved quality all as shown on drawing and as directed. (Make of Plywood : Kitply(Vista)/Century/Greenply/ National plywood/Archid ply(Gold).

Removing old existing unsv board from head board and S&F new board made of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board both side teak faced having 04 mm thick teak wood beading all around. All as per size and design shown on drawing and as directed.

All as per Sr.item No. 3.02 here-in-before but foot board.

S&F in replacement hard rubber shoes at the bottom of leg all as shown on drg.

Welding to broken joints/ fixing bt nut bolts of bed hard steel all as directed .

CHAIR CB STEEL WITH AND WITHOUT ARMS DRG NO- FD-386

S&F 25x3mm thick and 50mm long flat iron clip including steel screw by necessary welding to fix the seat including taking out existing unserviceable iron clip flat iron from the chair steel CB complete all as specified and as directed and shown on drg.

S&F new seat made out of 2nd class hard wood (Kalasiris)with necessary making holes for caning with edge of holes slightly rounded or chamfered including polishing all wooden surface with two coats french polish after necessary preparation of wooden surfaces duly caned with white half round 2mm wide plastic cane in weaving and bordering with 4mm wide plastic cane in Godrej pattern including taking out old unserviceable seat from chair CB steel with arms complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out and removing old rotton rubber shoes and S&F of new rubber shoes duly fixed with screw to Chair CB Steel with and without arms complete all as specified and as directed.

CHAIR COMPUTER Drg No. FD/E6/MAP/01

Replacement of old unserviceable seat of chair computer with new seat of 12mm thick plywood commercial quality (ISI marked) covered with 75mm thick U foam and best quality of tapestry cloth. The back shall be 6mm thick plywood commercial quality (ISI marked) fixed on frame with screwes and covered with 40mm thick U foam over shape and best quality of tapestry cloth. Seat and back fixed on frame with screw and including all minor repairs etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Tapestry cloth shall be of best quality as per sample kept at GE Gangtok adn directed by Engr-In-charge/GE.

Replacement of old unserviceable back of chair computer with new back of 12mm thick plywood commercial quality (ISI marked) covered with 75mm thick U foam and best quality of tapestry cloth. The back shall be 6mm thick plywood commercial quality (ISI marked) fixed on frame with screwes and covered with 40mm thick U foam over shape and best quality of tapestry cloth. Seat and back fixed on frame with screw and including all minor repairs etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Tapestry cloth shall be of best quality as per sample kept at GE Gangtok adn directed by Engr-In-charge/GE.

Removing of old/unserviceable arms with new arms as per existing shape, size and as per drg and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable hydrulic system of Chair computer for the adjustment of height all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of old ,unserviceable/broken wheel base complete of Chair computer all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old existing unsv twin castor wheel from chair and S & F new twin wheel castors as per shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR WRITING (Offrs) Drg No. FD/E6/MAP/12

Removing old existing unsv seat and back and S&F new seat and back of 12mm thick hot pressed moulded plywood covered with 50mm thick desine with contured lumber support for extra comfort moulded foam of 50 to 55mm density and tapestry cloth all as approved . All minor repairs and wedling shall be done for smooth functioning. Rest all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per sample kept in Office and direction of Engineer-In-Charge/GE.

Removing of old existing unsv tapestry cloth from seat and back of Chair and S&F new tapestry cloth to seat and back of Chair writing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- The tapestry cloth as per sample kept at GE office and as directed by Engr-In-Charge)

Welding to broken joints and repair to unfunctional parts for smooth function of Chair writng and all as directed.

S&F in replacement hard PVC shoes to Chair writng all as shown on drg.

Removing old existing unsv arm rest and S&F new arm rest of black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert and all weather resistance all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge/GE.

CHARPOY GI 32MM DIA / 25 MM PLY TOP DRG NO- FD-220(R )

S&F new 32mm bore 3 way GI elbow, ISI marked including taking out of cracked/unserviceable elbow for charpoy complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F new 32mm check nut including taking out of cracked/unserviceable check nut from charpoy complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F new leg made out of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade ISI marked duly fitted with MNF set hooks and MS cap to bottom as per drg including taking out old unserviceable legs complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair of Charpoy GI pipe by removing old unserviceable existing ply complete and S & F 12 thick with new plywood BWR (ISI marked) of size 3'x (6'-3" & 6'-6") approx with 14 nos of nut bolt of required size with flat headed screw duly flushed with plywood over GI pipe Charpoy 32mm dia and removing old unserviceable existing MS Square Stiffners complete and S & F three nos stiffners made out of mild steel flat iron 40x6mm thick at equal distance in between long rails will be fixed with nuts bolts of required size on 'L' shape MS angle orin bend of size 25mmx32mmx4mm thick at both end duly welded to long rails including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete and Re-fixing of MS clamp for MNF set at leg of GI Charpoy 32mm dia and all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing and cutting out old worn out thread portion of long / short rail and making new thread of 22mm long and fixing to match existing part complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

LOCKER STEEL DRG NO- FD-1029

S&F new steel chromium plated handle 125mm long of approved quality including taking out unserviceable handle complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F new steel chromium plated hasp and staple 75mm long of approved quality including taking out unserviceable hasp and staple complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F new leg made out of 18 gauge plain mild steel black sheet to the original position by necessary welding including applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including taking out old rusted worn out leg (right or left) from Locker Steel complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing old existing unsv Plytop from Charpoy IP folding with hard top and S&F of new 12mm thick plytop of siutable size, ISI marked, BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood of unpolished edging of approved quality all as shown on drawing and as directed. (Make of Plywood : Kitply(Vista)/Century/Greenply/National plywood/Archid ply(Gold)).

Welding to broken joints of charpoy IP folding all as directed .

S&F in replacement hard rubber/PVC shoes at the bottom of Charpoy IP folding all as shown on drg.

S&F new top of size 1900x680mm made out of 19mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, one side teak veneered and other side having balancing white lamination bonded with phenol formaldehyde including 19x 4mm 1st class teak wood beading all around duly fixed with fixing materials like wood screw and adhesive (Fevicol) with applying french polish to wooden surface with high glossy finish after preparation of wooden surface including taking out old unserviceable particle board complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for spot welding to broken mild steel tubular frame of table dining ORs including S&F 25mm square MS tube of 1.6mm thick up to 30cm including taking out old unserviceable square MS tube complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC rubber shoes in position including taking out unserviceable rubber shoes from table dining ORs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-laminated particle board top for table office officers steel of size 1800x800mm made out of 18/19mm thick one side with teak faced finish and other side balancing with white lamination interior grade including providing 4mm thick 18/19mm wide semi oval shape teak wood edging at alround duly fixed with fixing materials like wood screw and adhesive (Fevicol) with applying french polish to wooden surface including taking out unserviceable top complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F new mild steel lock 40mmx40mm square brass lock three lever with keys in duplicate including taking out existing defective locks from drawers complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC seat and back 4mm thick of approved design and quality for chair verandah including duly painted with painted with two coat of synthetic enamel white paint to the eintire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge taking out existig unserviceable plastic cane/PVC seat from chair verandah complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC rubber shoes in position including taking out unserviceable rubber shoes from Chair Verandah complete all as specified and as directed.

PAINTING:- M&L for two coat of paint by means of spray painting machine with synthetic enamelled paint of appropriate shade as dedcided by Engr-In-Charge/GE and quality to steel furniture items (internally & externally complete) including removing of dents & filling with putty after preparation of surfaces thoroughly by using appropriate abrasive cloth emery 1 grinder machine as required as trade practice complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge to the following steel furniture items :-
