M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2, (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in copping and the like including weathering slightly rounded /chamfered angles bed plates etc of man holes including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Walling of random rubble masonry ,uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and brought upto course built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. bonded, bedded solidly hearted, built in ®PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filliing and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing steel tubing 15 mm dia for additions /insertion now tees/elbows by screwing exsiting pipe for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bib taps 15mm dia, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butter-fly handles screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stop valves/ angular stop valve, 15mm dia, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or unions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size, 1100 volts, FRLS grade cable conforming to IS-694 1990 drawn in concealed/surface conduit including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified for one light or fan point controlled by one 5 Amps switch one way complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 2.5 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked, with multistranded copper conductors and earth continuity wire with 2.5 Sqmm cable (including connecting to earth dolly) laid/fixed in and including surface casing caping on walls/ceiling, and also including sunk type PVC terminal box and 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top covers for one light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one number one way 15 Amp switch complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 6.0 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed FRLS cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20 mm dia non metallic PVC grey conduit conforming to IS-9537 with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as requied alongwith one run of 6 sqmm single core PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuos earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on completion including conduit any type and size complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Three runs of cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one Rm unit.

S&F of Exhaust fans AC single phase 230/ 240 V ,50 Hz metallic heavy body of size 300 mm sweep, 1400 RPM with louver fixing with 4 no hold fastener nut and bolt with washer and connecting with flexiable PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm including civil work opening on wall of suitable size and 400 X 400 X 6 mm thick BWR graded plywood making suitable hole for fixing stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of vertical wall mounted Storage type electric water heater of capacity 25 ltrs with BEE 5 star rated, 230 V, maximum power consumption 2 KW, Drypowder Fero Glass coating Technology for inner container with Heavy Duty seamless Incoloy 800 Glass lined heating element, and 2 Nos PVC connecting pipe of whirl technology 15 mm bore 450mm long for hot and cold water supply complete with all accesories and complete all as specified and directed. Note; The contractor shall submit two years warranty on product, seven years warranty on inner container and four years warranty on heating element.
