ADDITION/ ALTERNATION WORKS IN DCDA OFFICE IN ANNEXE BUILDING AND PROVISION OF LIGHTNING CONDUCTOR ON AMMUNITION STORE HOUSE BUILDING (ESH) IN TECHNICAL AREA AT CVRDE AVADI

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead of area 3 sq. metres and below.

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling CP brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engr -in- Charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

(i) For fixed portion : Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

(ii) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately). Proving and fixing glazing (With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Enginer-in-charge.

S&F 12mm thick both side prelaminated particle board to aluminium door, partiion complete all as specified

Providing & fixing glass panes 5.5 mm thick with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium powder coated 50 micron thickness round shape handle of out dia 100mm with SS screws etc complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

Providing and fixing brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles ( best make of approved quality) for aluminium door including necessary cutting and making good etc complete

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill ( anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS : 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design / pattern with approved standard section and fixed to the existing windows frame with CP barss / stainless steel screws @ 200mm centre to centre incluidng cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening all complete as per direction of Engr -in- Charge

S&F in repairs Venetian blinds of approved make vertical type using 100mm wide fabric blinds of approved colour/ shade and pattern including operating arrangement such as chord/ thread, counter weight, connecting chain etc and necessary fittings complete, all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing aluminiuim extruded section body universal type hydraulic door closer ( having brand logo with ISI , Is : 3564, embosed on the body, door weight upto 36 to 80 kg and door width from 701 to 1000mm) with double speed adjustable with necessary accessories and screws etc complete .

Providing and fixing aluminium Twin rubber stopper hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised ( anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade , with necessary screws complete.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels incluidng all gusset plates , bolts, nuts , cutting rivets, welding etc including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and patterns as per CPWD Specification 2019, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38mm of length 3000 mm,cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to formgrid module of size 600 x 600 mm , suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ wall angle or size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphey wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws With 15 mm thick tegular/butt edged without perforation plain / designer light weight calcium silicate Anti-Microbial Bio-Safe coated false ceiling tiles Confirming to JIS-Z2801 and ASTM G-21. The workshall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain white color board for backing of cup boards and bathroom/kitchen cabinets etc. of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel screws etc. all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel screws shall be paid separately).

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size,approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement,mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing,moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels of Granite stone slab colour black, Cherry/Ruby red area of slab over 0.50 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/Dismantling old plaster, skirting raking, and racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and cleaning the surface for plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 500 metres lead.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually / by mechanical means includng stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 meter leads as per direction of Engr -in- Charge.

Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand).

Providing Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S ( non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:4.

Rendering 15mm thick in fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth in fine sand complete all as specified.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick rendering of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

M&L French polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on old works with two or more coat.

M&L PCC with 1:2:4 of using 20mm graded aggregate laid as levelling course all as specified.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc complete.

Providing and laying Double charge vitrified tiles size 600 x 600mm in floor in different size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade , laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/Sqm incluidng grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. the tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, levelling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm or 340x410x265 mm sizes respectively.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS:13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm,including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required with Kitchen sink with drain board 510x1040 mm bowl depth 200 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing of conductor finial,made of 25 mm dia 300 mm long, GI tube,having single prong at top ,with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate including holes etc. complete as required.

S&F 40 mm dia bore, light grade GI pipe fixed to walls / poles or or embeded on PCC for Termination rod or laid in trenches, road crossings etc for protection of GI Strip including sealing ends with hessain cloth impregnated with bituminous compound in ground and with teak wood plugs for ends fixed on walls / poles complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., Including the cost of centering, shuttering (PCC block size 30x30x30cm) and finishing 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

.Providing and fixing Aluminium strip 25x3mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete all as required

.Providing and laying GI tape 32x6mm from earth electrode directly in ground as required

S&F test terminal block made of gunmetal or phospher bronze size 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm drilled and screwed fixed on insulated FRP insulator & fixing with screws etc complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F fix GI earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cm x 6.0mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including using of 4 mm GI wire as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel , connected to earthing test point, all as specified & indicated, including testing on completion including earth work and excavation in any type of soil/rock, PCC 1:3:6 type C1, earthing chamber, precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weight hot less than 4 Kg/Sqm, funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore, medium grade wire mesh and lugs, GI protection pipe of 15mm bore light grade upto 7.50 mtr long test point and testing complete etc all as specified and directed.
