Installation of main & sub-feeder panel includes preparation of 2 Nos. of RCC foundations having size- 500x300x1000 mm with required reinforcement, cement, coarse and aggregates in the ratio of 1:3:6, smooth plastering work all around the foundations with cement mortar ratio 1:4, MS EP 8 mm thick 500x200mm with legs 300 mm long and water curing etc. complete as per direction of EIC and technical specification.

Supply & Installation of ISI marked, 1.1 KV grade, PVC Insulated, Fire resistant sheathing, Aluminum Conductor, Steel Armoured (Galvanized flat steel strip) heavy duty power Cable PVC Sheathed cables confirm to IS: 1554 Part-I Make- Finolex / Polycab / Universal/ KEI / Havells/ NICCO/ RPG and laying in cable trenches/Hume pipes/GI pipes / on wall etc. The scope also includes removal of existing cable & deposited in sectional store etc. Cost of making trench and laying of GI pipes / Hume pipes have either been covered separately or already laid during construction of building/ road.

Supply & Laying of fine river bed sand cushion 75 mm before laying and 75 mm after laying of the cable as directed by EIC.

Supply and placing of fully baked A-class standard clay bricks after laying cable and layers of sand. Sample of brick shall be approved by EIC.

Supply and installation of G.I. flat for earthing of distribution panels & poles. Scope also include Flat to be laid in ground 300 mm deep, full welding at joints by Lap /Tee/Cross type joints, Joint to be painted with 2 coats of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint, Flat to be clamped on wall wherever required, @ 500mm interval with the help of GI clamps as approved by EIC and connected at both ends by using nut bolt and spring and plain washer.

Supply and installation of pipe earthing station. Scope of this work covers excavation of earth pit, removal of surplus material, installation pipe earthing station with 40 mm dia medium gauge G.I. pipe and back filling with salt, charcoal and black soil as directed and job also include measurement of earth resistance of each pit.

Excavation of earth pit / pole pit 1.0 x1.0 x 1.7 to 2.0 M deep size. Blasting shall not be permitted.

Supplying good quality black soil, filling in earth pit, watering & ramming as directed.

Supplying char-coal and filling in earth pit as directed.

Supplying good quality ungrinded salt and filling in earth pit as directed.

Construction of Brick masonry (A-Class bricks) chamber 350 x 350 x 600mm (Inside clear) of wall thickness 230mm in cement mortar 1 : 4 with removable RCC precast slab of thickness not less than 75mm and plastering smooth 15 mm thick inside and outsider sides of chamber etc. complete in all respect as per EIC.

Supply and placing of 40 mm dia medium gauge G.I. Pipe 2.0 metre long with 1 no. G.I. reducer 50mm to 40mm & perforation at maximum distance of 150 mm throughout the length (other detail as per technical specification of as per instruction of EIC).

Making of Copping around the street light/ post top pole shall be made the size of 400mm dia and 450mm high above the ground level. Cement Concrete of 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 Coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and finishing with plaster to be done on the copping surface & curing.

Supply & installation of non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) 150 mm dia R.C. Hume pipe of 2-meter length having collar.

Supply & installation of Junction Boxes for Street light poles. The JBs shall be fabricated from 1.6 mm thick MS sheet in the size of 275 x 275 x 150 mm deep in full welded construction. Note: For more details refer technical specification (section-V of tender)

Supply & installation of following block distribution panel.

Supply & installation of double door SPN DB (Single phase distribution), 4 Module, IP 43 with 2 Nos. 6 Amp. Single pole MCB C curve 10KA breaking capacity. Make: Schneider/ Legrand/L&T/ Crompton Greaves.

Supply & installation of double door TPN DB (Three phase distribution) 8+12 Module, IP 43 with cable end box, 1 Nos. 63 Amp. four pole 415V, 4 module MCB and 6 nos. single pole + Neutral 240V, (2 Module) MCB C curve 10KA breaking capacity. The scope also includes removal of exiting block distribution board and cables deposit in sectional store. Make: Schneider/ Legrand/L&T/ Crompton Greaves.

Supply & Installation of B class G.I. Pipe with accessories like bend and socket and required bending 120-degree long radius bends where ever required & clamping. Make PRAKASH SURYA / JINDAL. The pipe shall be of following size.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking pavers block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design / shape laid in required colour (Yellow, Red and other as directed) and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete of 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement :3 Coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in pole pit, columns, coping, etc. at all level including transporting of concrete to site of laying, shuttering, cost of finishing, curing etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling bituminous road for all thickness by mechanical means i.e. cutter including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 1000 metres lead as per direction of engineer-in-charge. The manual cutting of road at anywhere is not allowed.
