Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approvedmake, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of stepsand dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS :5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. i) Single tee without door a) 75x75x75 mm

Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50 mm hardwood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete. a) 100 mm

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : a) Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a) One or more coats on old work.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Cleaning of open surface drain & throwing the wastes out side of Residential area as per direction of Engg-in-Charge

Cleaning of open surface & covered with RCC slab in properly places after cleaning of drain as per direction of Engg-in-Charge.

Disposal of building garbbage/rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable,dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved lead, for all leads including all lifts involved and dispsoal the material beyond 50 mtr under limit of municipal dumping area all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting of unwanted big trees around the campus, chajja etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Repairing of water supply pipe line 40mm to 15 mm by providing elbow,tee,nipple etc i/c scaffolding as per direction of Engg-in-Charge

Cleaning of P.V.C water storage tank i/c bleaching the water by using bleaching powder etc.including rubbing the inside surface of tank with coconut rope/wire brush i/c dewatering the dirty water and also removing the ball cock and then refixing it after cleaning all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
