Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and all leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. Including Labour cess But Excluding GST which shall be paid as applicable.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by place method withvibratory roller to achieve the disered density, complete as per Clause 401. Including Labour cess But Excluding GST which shall be paid as applicable.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (Ref. to Mort&H Specification No.401) Including Labour cess But Excluding GST which shall be paid as applicable.

Providing, laying and spreading of Stablized graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.5% Emuslion in unform single layer on sub-base /subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density. Including Labour cess But Excluding GST which shall be paid as applicable.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared Bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.(Ref. to Mort&H Specification No.503) For BC. Including Labour cess But Excluding GST which shall be paid as applicable.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction (Ref. to Mort&H Specification No. 509) Including Labour cess But Excluding GST which shall be paid as applicable.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, M-40 grade plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete in all respect also Including cost of material, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I as per MORT&H Specification No. 602. Incluidng Labour cess But Excluding GST which shall be paid as applicable.

M-150 class brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, curing and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No.307 Including Labour cess But Excluding GST which shall be paid as applicable.

12 mm thick Plaster in 1:3 Cement & Fine Sand Mortar As Per S.I. No.584. Including Labour cess But Excluding GST which shall be paid as applicable.

Excavation in trenches in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in Charge up to distance 30m. SI No. 251(a) (Where machine cannot move) Including Labour cess But Excluding GST which shall be paid as applicable.

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 km. from the site of work & including watering,dressing etc. Rate includes cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work below raft. (Fine Sand) Including Labour cess But Excluding GST which shall be paid as applicable.

Cement concrete with 4 cm. (1½") gauge approved stone, ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per SI No. 279(a) Including Labour cess But Excluding GST which shall be paid as applicable.

Cement Concrete with with 2 cm. gauge stone grit instead of 4 cm. gauge stone ballast approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Including Labour cess But Excluding GST which shall be paid as applicable.

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand in proportion 1:1.5:3 and 2 cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.l. binding wire and includuing Necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item Including Labour cess But Excluding GST which shall be paid as applicable.

Providing & laying HYSD reinforcement work in reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lapping & hooks. Including Labour cess But Excluding GST which shall be paid as applicable.

Dismantling brick work cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed be the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 meter (200 feet). AS Per SI No. 692 Including Labour cess But Excluding GST which shall be paid as applicable.

Dismantling reinforced cement concrete or reinforced brick work including stacking of materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 metre (200 feet). As per SI No. 694 Including Labour cess But Excluding GST which shall be paid as applicable.
