Complete motor set dismantling & after repairing its complete motor assembling /commissioning with testing and checking charge.

Induction motor bearing Housing fabrication as per existing sample with cast iron casting, machining, drilling tapping grooving, sizing as per size & sample.

Complete motor coil washing through petrol, after washing motor stator with coil heating and varnishing through reputed make HT varnish of coil.

Flexible copper terminal lead with glass insulation and required size Copper lug crimping of lead.

Rotor shaft bearing housing repairing by electrode welding/sleeve making and machining as per required bearing size with rotor alignment etc.

Damage/Old bearing opening by puller and gas cutting after opening of bearing, new bearing fitting/setting & greasing (bearing supplied by department).

Replacement of required size bolt as per size

Supervision & incidental overhead expenses cost @ 15 % of sl. No. 1 to 7
