Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1.Dismantle material of aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling should be handed over to CLRI departmental stores as Per the Procedure of Institute.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.Two coats

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.With ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre

French spirit polishing :Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished seamless type tubes.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge.Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & spring type fixing arrangement (Make:Ozone or Dorma )and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be paid separately).MAKE:Saint Gobain ,glass wall systems,gurind india or schott glass india.

Providing and fixing stainless steel 304 Grade H-Type handle of size 32mm dia &457mm Height, hole to hole 305mm suitable toughened glass door (Make:"ozone or Dorma or its equivalent) along with necessary gasket to Prevent the contact between glass and metal ,supporting washer with raised bevelling on the outer surface,grub screws and other associated accessories all as required to suit site condition in all lead and lift and as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Toughened Glass Door Corner patch lock with strike plate Make:Ozone-OPL-1 with all including fittings,accessories complete as Per Direction of Engineer in Charge.

Removing and Refixing of existing wooden Partition safely without causing any damage to existing teak veener Ply wood, frames and other associated items of Partitions,existing door with complete accessories,existing ventilator with complete accessories,etc: work includes replacement of existing hinges with providing and fixing heavy duty stainless steel hinges with appropiate screws,appropriate site repair works,Complete etc: in all leads and lifts and all as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing plywood 6 mm thick, one side decorative veneer conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1), for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws, including priming coat on unexposed surface with :Decorative veneer facings of approved manufacture

Dismantling Poly Vinyl flooring sheet including clean the floor of existing adhesive cleanly and dismantle material of Poly vinyl flooring sheet is handed over to Department of Civil in CLRI as per the Direction of engineer in charge .

Providing and fixing Poly vinyl flooring sheet in flooring in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives of approved quality and manufacturer like dunlop s-758,Fevicol SR-998 1.5 mm thick sheet.

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texturein the grid, including, cutting/ making opening“for services likediffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., whereverrequired. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I.slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mmdia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods withgalvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24mm of all Tsections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint,for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed byEngineer-in-Charge. MODULAR LT./FAN PT: Wiring for light / fan / exhaust fan / call bell point with 1.5sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable size GI. box and earthing the point with 1.5sqmm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc., as required. Make: LITASKI/ LEGRAND/ ANCHOR ROMA, MK BLENZE/ GM.

REMOVAL OF ELECTRICAL ITEMS: Removing the existing connection,wires, unused metal enclosures, switch boards, fixtures approximately 10Nos, etc., and same have to be handed over to department as directed by dept, Engineer.
