Bill No.5: Approach Road ,Traffic Sign, Marking & Road Safety & Road Furniture

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and crosssections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3201.

Providing and fixing Retro Reflective MMGSY/PMGSY LOGO informatory sign board with Logo as per section1700 of MORD specification sand latest PMGSY Signage Manual / Circuler and drawing. The board will be acomposite unit consisting of Two Plate sof ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel), material specifications as per clause 17001.3. The topmostplate will be of 3mm ACP india mond shape of 600 x 600 mm size, riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm size on back onedges. The Lower plate will be of 4mm ACP of 1100 x 300mm size riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm size on backonedges. Riveting of all the sheets over angle and flat iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frame of Both the plate swil lbe welded to a75mm x 75mm x 12swg Mild steel pos tat / Tube Centre and this post will be embeded in cement concrete M15 grade block of 450 x 450 x 600mm below ground level. The heigh tof the bottom of the lower plate will be 1200mm from normal ground level. The spacing between the diamond shape dplate and Lower Plate is kept 150mm .MMGSY / PMGSY logo, letter sand numeralson the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Class-A / ClassB grade as per the latest MORD section 1700 specifications (Refer Circulerno. NRRDA-P013(11)/3/2019-Dir (Tech) dated 02.12.2019). Printing PMGSY Logo/ MMGSY Logo/ Project description on ClassA or ClassB type retroreflective sheeting using modern technology printing platform. The printer shall be approved by there tr or eflective sheeting manufacturer and printed sign shall conform to retroreflective values as laid down in IRC 67 2012. The inks used for printing shall be ecofriendly with VOC emission scomplying to UL2801 standards and specifications for the different kinds of platforms. The printed sign shall be laminated by UV protected laminate and shall carry a warranty of 5years & 7years for ClassA and ClassB sheeting respectively for traffic colors.” All the section of the frame and posts shall be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per the PMGSY sign age manual Fig.1(A) and Fig.1(B) and as directed by Engineerin-charge.
