Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide & n exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/lose soil for taking out pipe & laying of pipe & getting out for diverting of pipe line complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down in repairs the following sizes of bore dia steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying in trenches galvanised steel water tubing ,medium grade including necessary fittings such as GI bends,Tees,Union etc complete and connecting to water supply pipe line after taking out existing old/rusted out steel tubing and connections complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge pipe line of following sizes.:-

(a). 50 mm bore

(b). 40 mm bore

(c). 25 mm bore

All as per item No 10 above but GI tubing all walls,ceiling,laid in floors,roof etc of size after taking out existing old /rusted out steel tubing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following sizes:-

(a) 25 mm bore

(b). 20 mm bore

(c). 15 mm bore

Attending Complaints by deploying sufficient labour for rectification of leakage of UG water pipe lines of size 200/150 mm bore of any description such as CI/DI/GI pipe line at any location including necessary excavation in any type of soil (approx 2 meter length,width 1.5 meter ,depth 1.5 meter) dewatering complete by using pump set as per site requirement, cutting existing pipe lines including repairs with suitable flanges, Joints or any other material etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 18 herein before but of size 100mm dia pipe line complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs sluice valve cast iron body class PN 1.6 marked both ends flanged with Brass spindle and Brass check nuts with cast iron hand wheel including jointing material like rubber insulation sheet 3 mm thick,bolts ,nuts and fixed to pipe line,after and including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following sizes.:-

(a). 150 mm bore

(b) 100 mm bore

Taking up cast iron water mains,200 mm bore dia (incl all fittings) with spigot and socket end and lead joint incl burning out joint all as directed

All as mentioned in item No 24 here in above but 150 mm bore dia complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay pipe ductile Iron , S/S including specials, Class “K-7” ,150 mm (6”) dia bore ISI marked with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to wall etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay pipe ductile Iron , S/S including specials, Class “K-7” ,200 mm (8”) dia bore ISI marked with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in- charge.

M&L for DI Pipe fitting (Tee,bends any type,radius and angle) tapers any type (straight,bend,increasing, decreasing or double sockets etc.) junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs of all size dia DI pipe complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rectification of leakage in CI/DI water mains up to 200 mm bore including excavation in any type of soil (approx 2 meter length,width 1.5 meter ,depth 1.5 meter) dewatering complete by using pump set as per requirement,rectification/removing of leakage,burning out existing run lead joint /CT joint ,cutting,welding or drilling holes,clamps etc suitable for fixing of CT joint of any size.Note: CT joint/lead joint will be measured and paid under relevant item seperately complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Fix in repair Gun metal,globe or gate valves,with iron wheel head.screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed after and including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of the following sizes.:-

(c) 20 mm bore

S&F in repairs Bib taps,15 mm bore,copper aloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule,chromium plated including after taking out old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs CT joint suitable for 150 mm bore CI/DI pipe including taking and after taking out old U/S one complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as mentioned in item No 35 here in above but 100 mm bore dia complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling only centrifugal monoblock pump motor from base plate,shifting to workshop and back after repair work including fixing in it's original position,testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following sizes:

(a). 15 HP 3 phase capacity

(b).0.5 HP,1 HP and 2 HP capacity

Opening of motor for repair/replacement of unserviceable/worn out motor bearing/ unserviceable shaft/burned out copper winding etc including re-assembling ,refixing in original position and testing complete for the following sizes complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) 0.5 HP to 1 HP

M & L for rewinding of electric driven motor as per the existing sample,varnishing with class "B" insulation for the following sizes complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
