Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area n.exc 400 sqm and exc.50 mm & n.exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Repairs to pot holes exceeding 30 mm depth, area not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen @ 5 kg /10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per/10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. .

Material and labour for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned black top surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg. Per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 .complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Bituminous Premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness, using paving bitumen of Grade VG - 30, with 5.5% of binder content by weight of total mix using Hot Mix Plant and laid with Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Mixing of bituminous concrete shall be in Hot Mix Plant.(ii) Semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed considering the bituminous content as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparing Un surfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer over WBM at 10 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-30, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Premixed Bituminous macadam from hot mix plant with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grade VG-30,laid with Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Mixing of bituminous concrete shall be in hot mix plant.

Material and labour for Road Marking Strips, Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters etc of 2.5 mm thick [Reflective Type] of colour White or Golden Yellow on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10cm wide with Hot Thermoplast material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA strip lens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions

Supply and fixing as in repairs Dual directional solar road studs ( Cat eye ) made of Aluminum alloy shell of having 10 tons load bearing capacity , of size 125mmx125mmx25 mm (weight not less than 370 gms) , die casted dynamically designed very high impact strength and consisting of protection glass and 100 % water proof design according to IP 67 minimum 06 nos LED with minimum working hours 72-96 hours including 1.2 V Ni-cd rechargeable battery as approved including fixed with epoxy complete all as specified.Make : - Dark Eye ( Cat Part No DA 110 (DHRUV) or equivalent in make Oscar Safety Solution/TATA. Dismantling sign board of any shape, type, sections including taking out embedded portion in PCC / natural ground and making good complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit quoted rate includes the cost of dismantling the concrete blocks holding the sign board and filling the post hole with earth .

Material and labour cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing stainless steel newel post ornamental design tube 50mm outer dia (Grade-304), minimum thickness 1.58mm (16 BS gauge), height 1.80metre, base fixed on floor or to wall by fastening bolts, joined to railing by steel welding, including grinding the joints complete all as specified and directed. Supply, installation, hoisting and fixing in position ACP (Aluminum composite panels) board made up of ACP (Aluminum composite panels ) sheet 3.5mm thick of size, shape as required, colour as approved by GE, with cleat including necessary handling arrangement of stainless steel flat of suitable size all around, sealing with silicon joint sealant and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing High Intensity Prismatic retro-Reflective Sheeting of approved colour / shade fixed on aluminum sheet fully covered including lettered, writing information / logo with same sheeting by computerised cutting in white colour / shade. The letters approximately covering up to 60% area of the board complete all as specified and directed.Make : 3M AVERY(sheeting series 3930), DENNYSONNote:- (i) Aluminum sheet shall be measured and paid for separately.(ii) Cost of letter writing with retro-Reflective Sheeting is included in unit rate.
