Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep for foundation etc or for manholes not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out soft/loose soil all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavation over areas n.exc 1.5m deep & getting out soft/loose soil.

Excavation over areas exc 1.5m deep & n.exc 3 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil

Excavation over areas exceeding 3m deep but not exceeding 4.5m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil all as specifed.

M&L for surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/losse soil.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in 25cm layers all as specified.

Removing of surplus soil at distance not exc 50mtrs & depositing as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L broken stone or boulders Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M/L 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles of Size 25mm thick any description jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment edges chamfered with cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation of man holes, septic tank etc and as in foundation etc and mass concrete.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in channels of man holes.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, kerb, band, bed plate, benching etc including slightly rounded of chamfered angle, throating, etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loose filling with broken bricks aggregate of gauge 80 to 150mm in soakage pits, soakage wells complete

M&L for loose filling with broken bricks aggregate of gauge 40 to 80mm in soakage pits, soakage wells complete

M & L for RCC M-20 (Nominal Mix) Type A1, 1:1 1/2:3 (20 mm agg) in foundation, column footing, including rafts, foundation beams and plinth beam complete all as specified.

M & L for RCC M-20 (Nominal Mix) Type A1, 1:1 1/2:3 (20 mm agg) in column. Piers, pillars, posts and struts complete all as specified.

M & L for RCC M-20 (Nominal Mix) Type A1, 1:1 1/2:3 (20 mm agg) in beams complete all as specified.

Supply & fix 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single/double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors and jointed as specified.

S&F PVC (SWR) 110mm dia bends in any radius.

Material and labour for brickwork in cement mortar 1:4 with sub class `B' bricks in one brick thick honey comb walling,etc

15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surface mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair face of brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked)

Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 in manhole/soack well/septic tanks slabs/covers etc including necessary form work complete set in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

TMT Steel bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally or hopping for columns hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified.

M&L for DWCPE (SN8) 150 mm (ID) diameter Pipes laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 for 150mm (ID) pipes.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)

M & L for formwork to sides of square, rectangular or polygonal pillars, posts, columns,struts and piers for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified.

M & L for formwork to sides of RCC / PCC bands in circular walls horizontal or sloping and similar work for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified.

Material and labour Reinforced cement concrete (Nominal Mix) in cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 type A1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs of drains, manholes, septic tanks, soakage wells etc. complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: - Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Cutting into existing manhole/soakwell/septic tank making good to pipe and benching cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (half round or ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for internal dia size 150mm.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed, stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete/PVC pipe) set in cement mortar 150 mm dia fixed in position.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed, stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete/PVC pipe) set in cement mortar 100 /110 mm dia fixed in position.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern),including all fittings heads shoes bends etc

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single/double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls as specified

All as per item No 50 hereinbefore above but bore of pipe 75 mm dia fixed to walls.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 for 100/110mm pipes.

S & F PVC (SWR) bends any radius 75 mm dia

S & F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) branch piece, single (single Y equal or unequal) complete all as specified and directed.

S& F stack clamp,110/100mm bore made out of 50mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round stays including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stay to wall or roof complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches etc complete

M & L for PCC type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation of drains complete all as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in haunching including weathering, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls built with cement mortar etc including racking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick surface and finising plastered surface with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitered /stopped ends etc.

M&L for Preparation of plasterded or un plastered new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash including use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures, work in patches and narrow widths, bands, cornices, plasteres etc and cutting in edges to line where necessary complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for Desilting of septic tank/soakage pit/open drain/manholes etc of any size, type and any depth and removing the sludge/solid content from the septic tank/soakage pit/open drain/manholes etc by mechanical method or any other suitable means at the discretion of the contractor at his own arrangements and make the septic tank/soakage pit/open drain/manholes etc fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge also to remove the sludge/solid contents out of defence land including covering with a layer of earth and repositioning of the RCC/CI cover slab all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
