REPAIR, RESURFACING OF ROADS AND ALLIED WORKS OF AREAS WEST OF SOLAPUR HIGHWAY AT MIC and S UNDER GE (S) AHILYANAGAR

M&L Repairs to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting round edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming (incl supply of metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sq.m, putting in pre mix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder with 0.60 cum of sand) again well rammed (including supply of pre mix binder and sand) depth of pot holes not exc 30mm and using paving bitumen VG-10 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally cleaning the surfaces with mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate application of 2.50 Kg / 10 Sqm on bituminious surface as specified in table 500-5 of MORTH Specification for road and bridge works 2013 ,using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid using mechanical paver for any width of road ,rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated thicknes 75mm or less) with binder content ( paving bitumen of VG-30 grade bitumen ) of min 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous semi - dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness laid using mechanical paver for any width of road with min 5.00% binder content paving bitumen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of size 100mm x 100mm x 18.5mm with PAMA striplens relector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions. Make : DA 978 of Darkeye or equivalent model of makes specified.

M&L for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2.0 mm thick single coat as a centre line or edge line etc, road marking n exc 100 mm width using thermo plastic paint (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter fillers etc, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be confirming to BS-6086 of most specification including spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete as all specified and directed.

Note :- Schedule of Credit of Amount Rs. 100.00 shall be deducted from total amount.
