Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 20 KVA Diesel Driven Generating Set comprising of 3 cylinder vertical Water Cooled Diesel Engine developing 28 BHP @1500 RPM close coupled to 20 KVA, single bearing Brushless Alternator complete with Battery , Fuel Tank & CPCB approved canopy type silent engine as per latest IS and Alternator complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure (AMF Panel), control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and suitable PCC foundation all as directed and specified. A - DIESEL ENGINE COMPRISING OF :- Electronic Governor, Battery Charging Alternator, Engine safety Sensors (LLOP & HWT), Air Cleaner, Lube Oil Filter, Fuel Filter, Fuel Tank, Residential Silencer, 1 no 12V Battery with Battery leads, First fill of lube oil & Coolant B - ALTERNATOR: Leroy Somer (LS) / Crompton Greaves (CGL) other equivalent make alternator developing 20 KVA at 1500 RPM at 0.8 lagging power factor , 415 Volts 50 Hz, suitable for three Phase system. The alternator shall confirm to IS: 4722/BS: 2613 and shall be suitable for tropical condition. C - DIGITAL CONTROL PANEL: The Digital Manual Control Panel is to be equipped with 16 bit high speed RISC Processor based Sedemac controller. It displays the following parameters: Voltage, Frequency, Current, RPM, Cumulative Run Hours, Oil Pressure, Coolant Temperature, Charging Voltage etc. The safety features to the engine against Under & Over Voltage, Under & over Frequency, Under & Over Speed, Overload, Low Lube Oil Pressure, High Coolant Temperature, Emergency Off.

Note: 1. Acoustic Enclosure is to be of modular construction with the provision to assemble & dismantle easily as per site condition. 2. Centre lifting arrangement to be for ease of lifting from single point. 3. The Sheet metal components are to be pretreated before powder coating. 4. The enclosure is to be fabricated out of CRCA sheet of 16 Gauge. 5. The fuel level is to be indicated with the help of fuel gauge meter. 6. Battery is to be accommodated in a separate tray in the enclosure. 7. The doors are to be gasketed with high quality EPDM gaskets to avoid leakage of sound. 8. The door handles are to be lockable type. 9. Sound Proofing of enclosure is to be done by PU Foam. 10. A special residential silencer is to be provided with the enclosure to control exhaust noise. 11. Specially designed attenuators are to be provided to control sound at air entry to the container and exist from the container. To make system vibration free, engine & alternator is to be mounted on specially designed anti-vibration pads. 12. Adequate ventilation is to be provided to meet air requirement for combustion heat removal. 13. Temperature of enclosure shall not exceed beyond 5 to 7 degrees of ambient temperature. 14. Noise level is to be 75 dB (A) at 1 meter distance as per latest CPCB-II norms specified by CPCB, New Delhi. 15. Fuel Tank capacity to be for 12 hours running, complete with air vent, inlet and outlet connections.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of cable and foundation in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm including spreading, leveling and watering all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil/rock) and depositing at a distance not exceeding 50m where directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable for cushioning 8cm below the cable and 15cm above cable all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured for payment purpose.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm and abutting each other with gap between adjacent precast concrete cable cover not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600mmx600mmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2010 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of strata incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, all as directed at site. Note : Rate included for excavation & earth work in any type of strata as shown in electric plate no-3 in SSR Part-I.
