Excavation in foundation, trenches, etcetera in earth work in all kinds of classification, of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, lift up to any height stacking excavated soil up to all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetre) thick layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth to the disposal point within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto all height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :

Foundation, footings, bases of columns etcetera and mass concrete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like upto any thickness including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beam beams haunching cantilevers girders bressumers and lintels of any depth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Columns, pillars, posts and struts square, rectangular, polygonal in plan including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls of any width including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( one cement : six sand : twelve graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement : four sand : eight graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement : two sand : four graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) to give a smooth and even surface including centering and shuttering etcetera but excluding cost of reinforcement in mouldings cornices windows sill etcetera exceeding 15cm (fifteen centimetre) in girth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (twenty five) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work. The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S. code and P.W.D. specification. The dedign mix shall be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge prior to casting. The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S. code in foundation footing, bases of columns and the like mass concrete upto floor all level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtrs. (zero point one zero metre) thickness including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string courses upto any depth /any height including curing complete and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 40mm (forty millimeter) thick second class deodar wood wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85g (eighty five) gauge with wire of diameter 0.56mm (zero point five six millimeter) for doors, windows and clerestore windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 19mm (nineteen millimetre) thick water proof termite resistant commercial board box and its shelves including 19 mm (nineteen millimetre) thick commercial board shutter with back side of the cabinet of 8 mm (eight millimetre) thick ply and cut portion of the shelves shall be finished with 6mm (six millimetre) hard wood edging including piano hinges, other accessories complete in all respect with in all leads, lifts, carriage of material, other incidental charges complete as per architectural drawings, direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying Birla White wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the suface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the suface complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering (Two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth on walls including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt and other foreign matter etcetera including sand paper smooth complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting with ready mixed paint brushing with white lead for priming complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces, with white enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
