Providing and fixing precoated galvazed iron profiel sheets (size, shape and ptches of corrugation as approved) 0.50 m (+0.50%) totaal coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per Sqm as per 277 I.S, in 240 HPA steel grade, 5-7 microns expoxy premises on boh side of sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 micron shet should have protective guard film of 25 microns, minimum to avoid scratches duing transportation and should be supplied in single length 12 mtr or as directed. These sheet shall be fixed using Suf drilling/self strapping screw of sixe (5.5 x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of pulins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape where required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts and carriages

Prviding and filling of R.B.M and godearth in deprressed potions

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators andpartitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections /appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood partitile board/ sheet in pannelling fixed in aluminium doors, shutters with fixtures

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) . Medium shade using 50% white cement and 50% ordinary cement

Providing andlaying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete inter-locking paver block of M-30 grade made by blocking making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per directions

Removing dry or oil bound distemper water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sanc papering the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 liters/10sqm complete including cost of priming coat.

Distempering with 1st quality Acrylic/oil bound washable distemper (ready-made) having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturers’ specifications, one or more coats on old work

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete On steel work

Disconnecting damaged overhead/terrace PVC water storage tank of any size from water supply line and removing from the terrace including shifting at ground level as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing of PVC overhead water tank of 3 layers, of superior brand sintex, Supreme, Plasto

Providing and fixing of CP Brass fittings. 15mm nominal bore
