Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all arches, pillars all quoins etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding/plaster (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of concrete ( un reinforced ) in ground floors and paving exc 15 cm thk (below or above ground level)

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge

Ditto as per srl item 05 above but except brick.

M&L 25 mm thick P.C.C 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in sub base

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including cement screed based 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl cutting polishing and rubbing complete.

M & L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or Rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm, as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 09 above but on skirtings vertical surface incl 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete.

M&L for vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area dark shed of each tile exc. 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm th screed bed in CM 1:6 complete

Ditto above item No 11 above but on skirting vertical surface including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles 350 mm x 250mm/450mmx350x7 to 7 mm thick as in vertical surfces set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement incl backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:4 all as direced.

M & L 50 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and fair .

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick or stone wall etc incl raking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick ready mix plastering n fair faces of brick walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick ready mix plastering on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on external surfaces of Chajja facia including taking down of Ground floor complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on external surfaces of 1st floor Chajja facia including taking down complete all as specified.

M&L for prepartion of newly plastered surface of wall applying two coats of weatherproof paint with 1mm thick putty on external surfaces including a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified.

M&L 5mm thick rendering ready mix plastering to concrete surfaces as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement in patches complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L three coats of white wash to new plastered surfaces on ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces & applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified. .

M&l Complete removal of existing treatment of painted surfaces and priming with alkalie resistant priming paint & applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on wall including preparation complete all as specified & as directed.

Preparing surface and apply 1mm wall care putty on wall surface complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L complete removal of existing treatment of painted surfaces and applying two coats of cement paint complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from walls , pillars and cornices washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and cleaning the entire area(existing treatment may be of either white wash /colour wash/dry distemper /oil bound distemper/enamel paint) and making the wall surfaces smooth and applying one coat of cement primer and two coat of apex weather proof exterior grade emulsion (asian paint) complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) (40mm graded aggregate) as sub base of floor all as specified

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) (40 mm graded aggregate) as in surface finish all as specified
