BITUMINOUS CONCRETE:- Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.20 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 50 Millimetre compacted thickness with specified grade of Bitumen,Excluding prime / tack coat. For Bitumen of specified grade -- USING Batch mix type hot mix plant with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, Sensor Paver, Vibratory roller with Stone Dust filler. (Viscosity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates) Including Tack Coat Item No. 3.30 Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by fames in Boiler and spraying bitumen set footed in bitumen boller on Bituminous Treated surface 2.5 Kilogram per 10 Square Metre .(Viscosity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Providing and Laying hot applied thermoplastic road marking strip on Bituminous Surface of specified shade/ colour of 2.5 Millimetre thick including 1.5 Refractive index reflectorizing glass beads at 250 gram per Square Metre .Thickness of 2.5 Millimetre is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per Indian Roads Congress 35:2015. Initial Dry reflectivity Retro Reflectivity shall be > 250 Millicandela/Square Metre/Illuminance measured in the initial 7 days and sustained reflectivity Retro Reflectivity of 100 Millicandela/Square Metre/Illuminance and Qd of 100 Millicandela/Square Metre/Illuminance measured at the end of 2 years by means of a Standard Reflectometer of Zehntner, Easylux, Delta make capable of measuring Retro Reflectivity & Luminance Coefficient both according to Indian Roads Congress 35:2015 clause 15.5. The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and in accordance with applicable specifications.(Refer MORTH Clause 803 for technical Specification and Performance for Indian Roads Congress 35:2015).

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately etc. complete.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with vibratory roller to the required density. By Mechanical Means - Grading II (Using Screening Type B (11.2 Millimetre) Aggregate)

Providing and constructing 75 Millimetre. thick Modified Penetration Macadam road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 Millimetre. stone metal layers 100% crusher broken metal with conical crusher plant heating and spraying the bitumen of specified grade at 2 Kilogram per Square Metre, spreading 12 Millimetre.size chips compacting with three wheel static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne. to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc. complete. Including picking of existing Water Bound Macadam surface. (Viscosity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

(Viscosity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Open Graded Premix Surfacing- Providing and Laying Open Graded Premix Carpet 20 Millimetre thickness composed of 13.2 Millimetre to 5.6 Millimetre aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction but excluding prime / tack and Seal coat. For Bitumen of specified grade--USING drum mix type hot mix plant with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, Paver and Vibratory roller (Over Modified Penetration Macadam Surface) (Viscosity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates) Including Tack Coat Item No. 3.30 Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by fames in Boiler and spraying bitumen set footed in bitumen boller on Bituminous Treated surface 2.5 Kilogram 10 Square Metre .(Viscosity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Providing bituminous Type A liquid seal coat on bituminous surface including supplying all materials and bitumen of specified grade preparing existing road surface, heating and applying bitumen at 0.98 Kilogram Square Metre. by mechanical means, spreading chips and rolling, by static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne. etc. complete. (Viscosity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 Kilogram tested in accordance to American Society for Testing and Materials D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 Millimetre, 100 Millimetre and 102 +/- 2 Millimetre and with minimum reflective area of 13 Square Centimetre on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 Millimetre and height not less than 30+/- 2 Millimetre) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kilogram. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.
