S&F 35mm thick factory made plain framed, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rails and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stiles as per IS 1003 (part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hardwood glazed and Skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc., edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and metered beads for securing glass, etc size of beads for securing glass, etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR part-I section 8, clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkhats but divided into squares complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing roof treatment of any description and removing the debris material to a distance exc 100mtr but not exc 250 mtr all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge

M&L for preparation of naked roof surfaces by cleaning dust & dirt and applying 10mm thick rendering in Cm (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instruction finished even and smooth surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/ specifications from bottom to top:- (a) Applying hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltrs per sqm over dried plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membranes of approved manufacturers, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.5 kg/sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less than 160 gms/sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet walls and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note: (i) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum side overlap of 100 mm & end laps of miniumum 150mm should be maintained while laying of polymeric membranes respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturer's instructions. (c) Applying two coats of Aluminium paint on top of APP membrane.

M&L particle board 18/19mm thick medium density, that pressed, single layer type or three layer type with BWR type adhesive, fixed with screws to timber frame work as directed by Engr-in-Charge
