Uprooting Jhunds

Earth work in foundation in dry ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 meter and lead up to 30 meter and including back filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the structure and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth with removal and disposal or surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30M from the foundation trenches:

Providing laying granular Sub grade well graded material, spread in uniform layer with motor grader on prepare surface, mixing by mixture in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desire density as per MORD specification 401 (G.S.B ) .

Providing, laying, Spreading and compacting machine crushed stone ballast of approved Quarry of 63-45 mm size to WBM of G-2 specification including spreading in uniform thickness75 mm, hand packing, rolling with power roller 8 - 10 tones in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with crushable screening material i,e stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density including cost of all materials, T&P etc. as per MORD specification no 405 .

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Supplying/Laying Brick on edge soiling laid dry filling joints including preparation of base to proper slope and its ramming & Dressing including all cost of labour, Material, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work complete.

Providing laying Prime coat With Bitumen emulsion (SS-A) on prepared surface of granular base inculding cleaning of road surfafe and spraying prime coat of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechnical means as technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributer at the rate of 0.30 kg. per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open grades premix carpet 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared bae by manual MORD specification clause 508.

Providing and applying seal coat by manual means with 80/100 grade bitumen sealing the voids in bitumens surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type C as per technical Specification Clause 510.

Providing and aplying2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/colour using hotthermoplastic materialby fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, proparne tank heaterand profile shoe heater,driven by experlenced operator on road surface i/c cost of materil, labour, T&P,cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc, complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge and accordance with applicable specification .

Earthwork in filled shoulder and pits on road by Power transported earth with a lead of 200 m to 1.00 km i/c excavation, loading, unloading, manual compaction dressing, slope and all lifts etc complete.
