Termination of Aluminium/copper cables including cable glanding,socketing & fixing of cable in the gland plate in the new panel/old panel after cutting the hole in the bottom gland plate of the panel if required, cable dressing including all tools & tackles,supply of required size ISI marked DC brass cable glands ( Recommended make: M/s Dwells, Comet) with nickel plated & sockets of M/s Dowells/ Comet make & as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

Laying of following size aluminium/copper armoured cable on cable tray/column/beam/wall etc with proper clamping,dressing etc and all hardwares as required & as per the direction of engineer in charge.Shifting of required size cables from Central stores/any other location to TRS site will be in the scope of contractor. Cable supply shall be in NALCO's scope.

Supply and fixing of GI earth strip of size maximum upto 25mm(Width) x 3mm(Thickness) including bending, welding,bolting, jointing & painting with black paint on the joint ,over the trays/ground/under ground where ever required including excavation & refilling of ground.

Deputation of manpower for assistance in erection & commissioning works, Issue of materials & equipment from Central store as & when required as per the direction of Engineer In charge. The party shall deploy manpower at short notice for executing the job as per requirement & as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply of straight through heat shrink Jointing kits of following sizes of cable of M/S Raychem/3M/Mahndta & Mahindra make, carrying out straight through jointing of LT cable by cutting at jointing /defective portion, preparation of both ends by stripping of insulation, jointing of cores by lugging in staggered manner,use of heat shrinkable/cold moulded type jointing kit as per the jointing procedure & as per the direction of Engineer Incharge. All tools & tackles including heating tool, consummables etc will also be in the scope of the contractor,Removal of scrap from site .

Cable of size: 150-185 Sqmm

Sealing of cable entry point in cable cellar of different substations by using fire retardant soft material like Asbestos cloth in the gaps & providing two layers of POP paste all around the cable entry opening thus completely sealing it.The outer opening should be blocked by clamping asbestos boards of minimum 3mm thickness with the wall.The layers of POP paste should not not peel out & it shopuld be hard enough to sustain light impact.Sealing should be such that it should be able to prevent entry of rodent & rain water inside the cable cellars.Including supply of required quantity of POP, Asbestos cloth,Asbestos boards etc.

Fabrication of steel structures like electrical panel support/mounting, cable tray support, light platform using MS/GI sections,MS angles,channels,MS plates at height or ground level as required by Engineer In Charge including supply of all consummables ,tools & tackles & labour: painting the fabricated structure with one coat of red oxide primer & two coats of synthetic enamel,including supply of ISI marked paints and as per the direction of Engineer In Charge.Transportation of free issue materials from store will be in the scope of the contractor.Fabrication material will be supplied by NALCO as free issue item.

Installation of isolator /welding socket unit at different new location of TRS area of following rating including fabrication/grouting of mounting on wall structures. making of gland holes in the gland plate,cable glanding & termination complete & as per the direction of Eng In Charge.Isolator/welding sockets will be supplied by NALCO free of cost.All consummables like nuts & bolts, lugs,gland will be in the scope of contractor.

Complete three phase,415V,Isolator unit/ welding sockets upto 32 Amp rating

Complete isolator units/welding sockets from 63A to 250Amp

Installation of power point of maximum 32A rating having provision of 24 AC & 240 AC power supply points in a single unit,making of mounting by fabrication on structures,on wall by grouting,cable termination, glanding etc & as per the direction of Engineer In charge. NALCO will supply mentioned power point for installation as free issue item & all other tools tackles, gland, lugs etc will be in the scope of contractor.

Concealed wiring of Light/Fan point with 2.5sqmm multistrand copper wire with different colour for line, neutral and earthing. Supply, laying and wiring with 2.5sqmm multistrand Finolex/Polycab/Lapp/Anchor/RR Kabel/RPG Cables make copper wire of approved quality in 25mm black PVC pipe and 2" height JB with 01 run 1.5sqmm copper wire(green color) as continuous earth. Supply and fixing of 14SWG required size MS Box with 3mm thick white hylam cover including 4Nos steel screws and cup washer, ceiling rose, holer, 5A switch etc wherever required complete with fittings. Each light and fan point shall be controlled by one switch. All materials shall be supplied by party and work shall be carried out as per directions of engineer-in-charge

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of industrial box type LED tube light fixture with twin 4 feet 18W T8 LED tube lights of Bajaj/Philips/Venture/CG/Havells/ SYSKA/Pyrotech make having color temp:6500degK, color rendering index>80%, Base Lumen:1400Lm, Homeogenous light soothing to human eyes, life expectancy min:3 years. One sample piece should be shown at site & after acceptance, total quantity should be bought for installation. Guarantee certificate to be submitted.

Concealed wiring to 15amp plug points with 6sqmm multistrand PVC insulated single core copper conductor wire of Finolex/Polycab/Lapp/Anchor/RR Kabel/RPG Cables make including supply & fixing of 15amp switch socket & plug assembly (5pin) of Anchor/Cona/Havells make in 25mm black PVC conduit pipe with one run of 2.5sqmm copper wire(green color) as continuous earth with required size of 16SWG MS Box with 3mm thick white hylam cover and including 4Nos steel screws and cup washer complete with fitting as per direction of engineer-in-charge

Transportation of Distribution Panel maximum size upto 3600L x 800W x 2000H in mm approx from Central Stores to Electrical Repair Shop by suitable means to avoid damage, installation of the panel on the fabricated base frame, modification of the base frame to match the panel base etc, fixing the panel after proper alignment, earthing the panel, covering the panel side open space by checker plates as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. All the structural materials shall be supplied by NALCO free of cost. Welding & cutting material, welding machine, gas cutting set shall be in contractor's scope
