GENERAL SUMMARY NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part II to IX are prepriced by MES under Ser No. 3 to 10. Bidders shall insert their lumpsum amount in the Green coloured field under Col-6 only.

SCH A PART I SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND STP ROOM Supply , installation, Testing, Commissionning of 15 KLD STP having EcoSBR Technology with filtration unit along with connected equipments/electrical accessories for plant with following mentioned herein after. (a) ESBR loT controller : 1 unit EcoTec Proprietary Control unit with microproccessor control with intranet web access, pre-set works cycles,real- time controlled, graphic display operating hours' counter,optional manual and automatic mode, acknowledgeable visual and acoustic fault message, mains failure alarm function operating levels. (b) Panel Board enclouser: 1 Unit Panel board(Class IP 65) for the enclosure of controller and necessary electrical equipment's(phase failure relay MPCB contractor). (c) Side channel blower/ compressor : 1 Unit Side channel blower/Vane Compressor-1.5 KW,2.2 KW 3 Phase. (d) Diffusers in aeration tanks: 6 Nos EPDM Fine bubble Tubular diffusers - 6 Nos (1m Tubular Diffusers) with SOTE <8.5%/m at a flow rate of 5 cu.m/hr or equivalent.

(e) Diffusers stands Diffusion system in SS 304(8/6 out put)m stands, As per requirement and as per the tank dimension. (f) Air hose Hose, PVC braided from polyhose at 10 kg/sqcm temperature rating of 85 deg. C ( Appx 100 m (Machine room < 3m from aeration tank) (g) Airlift unit for transfer of water in collection aeration and treated water tank Air lift arangement and functional mechanism : Minimum-3/4 unit or as requirement at site Charging unit by air lift : 1 unit Discharge unit by air lift : 1 unit Sludge return unit by air lift : 1 unit (h) Wiring for plant As per requirement in the site (j) SS 304 pipe clamps Clamps and fitting for wall mounting of SS 304 ( As per requirement at site) (k) Component for assembling and fixing solenoid valve set. Sch A Part X - MISCELLANEOUS Demolition of existing septic tank as shown at site by Engineer-in-charge, filling and levelling complete all as specified and directed. Note : Location of removal/ dumping/ filling in of demolished material shall be as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix self Priming mono block Pump 25x25 mm pipe size, discharge range 4000 -950 L/H, Head range 6-48 Mtrs suitable for 230 Volts having capacity 2 HP (1 No) for treated water pumping including necessary PCC foundation & foot valve.

M & L for construction of brick masonry valve chamber including MS iron cover and iron frame 300x300x300 mm inner dimension brick masonry in CM 1:4, PCC base in 1:3:6 of 7.5 cm thick and plastering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 in inner side/coping of all chamber fabrication of iron frame 40x40x6 mm size angle iron MS cover 3 mm thick with hinges and locking arrangements and duly painted with enamelled paint including excavation earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 25 mm non return valve brass complete all as specified

Supply and fix sludge transfer pump 1 HP with starter incl required accessories at site complete all as specified and directed.
