Removing of electric connection of motor from panel board with taking all necessary precaution. Removing of bush coupling and taking all precautions to avoid any damage. Dismantling of motor from the foundation by cutting of foundation bolts of motor from the base frame with the help of gas cuter. Shifting of motor to the safer side in the pump house with the help of tripod and chain pulley block with heavy manual labour.

Cutting of Nut and bolts of the reducer of suction side & Cutting of Nut and bolts of the pump delivery side with the help of gas cutter. Dismantling of pump from the foundation by cutting of foundation bolts of pump from the base frame with the help of gas cuter. Shifting of pump to the safer side in the pump house with the help of chain pulley block, tripod/heavy manual labour.

Closing of suction and delivery line with M.S. blank flange including rubber sheet and M.S nuts and bolts as required.

Hire and running charges of Tripod and Mechanical Winch machine complete with power unit and accessories.

Dismantling of damaged M.S. base frame after cutting of damaged jammed foundation bolts with gas cutter from existing RCC platform with the help of chain pulley block.

Dismantling/Removal of rusted/damaged valves by removal of wheel, cuting nut bolts, removing gland packing and gland plate etc. with the help of tools & tackles & heavy manual labour.

Breaking of RCC foundation with pneumatic concrete breaker for taking out the damaged foundation bolts & taking out the malba from the pumphouse and dispose at a suitable place as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing of foundation bolts with nuts and washer of size 1” dia and 18” long.

Making of complete new RCC foundation for pumpset. The job includes casting of new RCC foundation, providing of M.S. Jall made of 16 mm square bars at bottom & center of RCC foundation. Fixing of new foundation bolts by tiging/Welding of foundation bolts with M.S Jall & filling of R.C.C material in the complete foundation including welding, shuttering and plastering as per requirement.

Making fabrication of M.S. Base frame of size 1.52 x 0.65 m made out of M.S. Channel of size 150 x 75 x 5.7 mm with necessary vertical and horizontal supports as directed by engineer-in-charge. The motor & pump shall hold on base M.S. plate of 25 mm thickness, 8mm thick M.S plate for side covering from motor side, angle & flat etc as per the existing one required at site.

Fixing of M.S. base frame with proper levelling and tightening the foundation bolts.

Making of bore & cutting of Key-way in coupling as per the shaft size of pump & motor i/c providing & fixing of key of both sides of coupling.

Fabrication & fixing of Coupling Guard made out of 50 mm X 5 mm M.S flat, 50 mm X 5 mm M.S angle & 14 SWG M.S sheet duly primer & painted.

Removing of dead flanges from the suction & delivery reducers. Fixing of pump and motor on the base frame and commissioning of pump set after fixing of coupling and electric connection of motor and alignment etc. as required to the Job.

Testing and commissioning of complete system at no load and full load.

Transportation, loading/unloading with heavy manual labour.
