Reinforced cement concrete work in vertical and horizontal fins individually or forming box louvers , facias and eaves boards upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement , with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - Vertical and horizontal fins individually or forming box louvers band, facias and eaves boards

Providing , hoisting and fixing upto floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in shelves including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) , cost of required centering , shuttering and finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surfaces but excluding the cost of reinforcement , with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level - Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more.

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required – in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc .complete - 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo / cement concrete floors - 40mm wide and 4mm thick.

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 18mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound , laid over a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes – 110 mm diameter.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings / accessories for unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - bend 87.5 degree - 110 mm bend.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings / accessories for unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - shoe (plain) - 110mm shoe.

Providing and fixing unplasticised - PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised- PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50mm hard wood plugs , screwed with M.S. screws of required length, including cutting brickwork and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc., complete - 110mm

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand)

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade - New work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade – Two or more coats on new work.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead – with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4fine sand)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia .M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre , horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as approved. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (Note: This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.)

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Demolishing R.C.C work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Acid cleaning for the existing Mosaic floors , glazed tiles work and removing the stains and decays to give a glassy look etc complete (The Acid used shall be 32% concentrated hydrochloric acid after taking on the precautionary measures).

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P.brass screws and washers complete.

Providing and fixing ASTM pipes including all ASTM plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing . This includes jointing of pipes & fitting with one step ASTM solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete (Concealed work including cutting chases and making good the walls etc.) – 25 mm nominal outer dia pipes

Providing and fixing C.P.brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS: 8931 - 15 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing PTMT bib cock of approved quality and colour - 15mm nominal bore, 122 mm long , weighing not less than 99 gms.

Providing and fixing PTMT , push cock of approved quality and colour - 15 mm nominal bore, 98 mm long, weighing not less than 75 gms

Providing and fixing on wall / column face unplasticed - PVC soil and waste pipes (type - B) conforming to IS : 13592- 1992 including jointing with seal ring conformation to IS : 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - single socked pipes -110mm diameter.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window , ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings ( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) - with float glass panes of5.50 mm thickness

Providing an instant setting hydraulic water proofing compound (Classic Rapid set plugging mortar) at the junction of roof and parapet wall to stop the entry of water and providing one coat of water proofing bonding agent for cementitious mixes (Classic Acryfix SBR or equivalent) mixed with cement slurry applied over the prepared surface including cleaning the surface etc. complete as directed by th Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying PCC 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 fine sand : 3 6mm stone aggregate) haunching concrete 15 to 20cm wide mixed with classic Acryifix SBR polymer latex 2 litre per bag of cement at the junction of roof and parapet wall to stop the entry of water after applying a primer coat of cement slurry mixed with classic Acrifix SBR polymer latex ratio of 1 litre per bag of cement complete as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying and welding plain MS sheet of thick 1.25mm with the existing steel window shutters in lieu of broken / damaged / existing glass panes. The plain sheet shall be butt welded with existing shutter frame (a sheet per shutter) with apitch of not more than 10cm and weld shall not be less than 1cm in length. The rate includes transportation, rental charge for welding machine and its allied, labour for removing existing glass panes and putties, cutting welding and grinding the plain sheet. etc. complete as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of debris / rubbish etc. within 3 km radius from the site. The rate includes loading and unloading transportation charges etc. complete.
