Design , supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of underground FRP tank based Package type prefabricated Moving Bed Bio Reactor Based Sewage Treatment Plant of 50 KLD capacity System. The FRP Tank should be suitable for installation below ground . Semi treated water from settling / Sedimentation zone shall be tertiary treated using a pressure sand filter, Activated Carbon Filter (ACF). System must be designed to meet the outlet parameters given below. The system must be provided with UV based disinfection at the final outlet. INLET EFFLUENT CHARACTERSTICS pH - 6.5 –8.5 BOD - 300-350Mg/L S. Solids - 400-500 Mg/L COD - 500-600 Mg/L Oil & Grease - 40-50 Mg / L DISCHARGE EFFLUENT CHARACTERSTICS AFTER TREATMENT pH - 6.0 – 9.0 BOD - Less than 10 Mg/L S. Solids - Less than 20 Mg/L COD - Less than 250 Mg/L Oil & Grease - Less than 10 Mg/L FRP Package type Sewage treatment plant shall include the following items: RCC Chamber with S.S Bar screen (Size shall be as per OEM) RCC Chamber with S.S Bar screen (Size shall be as per OEM) Oil & Grease Trap including RCC Chamber (Size shall be as per OEM) FRP underground Tank with different zone as below. (Complying Relevant IS/ International standard if any). Solid separation Zone Aeration zone with MBBR Reactors Sedimentation zone Raw sewage Pumps (1 working and 1 standby)- Capacity shall be as per OEM & Make shall be as per list of approved make. HDPE pipeline of suitable diameter as per OEM for raw sewage from septic tank to inlet of STP- 150m (approx) Air Blowers (1 working and 1 standby) - Capacity shall be as per OEM & Make shall be as per list of approved make. Filter feed Pumps (1 working and 1 standby)- Capacity shall be as per OEM & Make shall be as per list of approved make. Piping, valves etc. Tertiary treatment plant with MGF filter and Activated carbon filter with FRP Tank. Irrigation/ Final treated Water tank (FRP Tank capacity 10KL). Dedicated Irrigation / Final treated Water Transfer Pumps (Capacity 3 cum per hour with 30 mtr. Head). Electrical Panel as per OEM, Cabling and 2 Nos. GI Plate Earthing. i) Electrical cable from STP electrical panel to all STP equipments including making their connnection, termination etc shall also be included in quoted price. Note: ii) Total capacity of FRP underground tank shall be minimum 30KL (which shall include solid separation zone+ aeration zone + Sedimentation zone) and thickness of FRP underground tank shall be 20mm minimum. Semi treated water zone may be constructed in main FRP Tank or separate FRP Tank of capacity 5KL can be provided. iii) Contractor shall ensure submission of detailed GA drawings (Plan & Section), P&I diagram, schematic diagram for the above system including additional component if so required for the complete working of the STP before procurement of material for approval from Engineer-In-charge. Associated Civil works : A) EXCAVATION of soil, Construction of PCC, RCC, Brick work for mounting FRP Package type STP above & below ground, Foundation for Panel, HDPE tank, Air Blower, pumps etc. Complete as required. B)Construction of Bar screen chamber, Oil Grease trap etc complete as required already mentioned in Item No.01.

Construction of Plant/Control Room of minimum size of 6 x 4 x 4 Mtr with good engineering practice and as per CPWD / IS specifications using Brick work, Cement Concrete for walls & Concrete Cement floor, suitable size reinforcement with galvanized iron profile roofing of minimim 0.5 mm thickness, complete with plastering , painting etc. as required. Providing 1 no. Aluminium Door & 2 nos Windows also in scope of contractor. Electrical works inside the control room i/c providing & fixing 4 Nos of LED type 20 W tube light fixture complete with all accesories & drivers etc including wiring, supply & installation i/c wiring of 02 number of 1200 mm sweep ceiling fans with regulators, supply, installation i/c wiring of 1 No. of 450 mm sweep exhaust fan including making holes to suit the size (all items should be as per approved makes) & providing point wiring & switch and sockets as per site requirement etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge are also in scope of Contractor.

Providing and fixing HDPE pipes, HDPE & brass threaded fittings for treated water reuse. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Annual Operation and Comprehensive Maintainance Contract for five (5) Years Annual operation and all- inclusive comprehensive maintenance of 50 KLD STP inclusive of all spares & material & carrying out breakdown & the preventive maintenance complete as per direction of AAI. (After testing, commissioning and handing over to AAI)

First year ( during Defect Liabilty Period) (17.28% of item no. 1)
