EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc.,including levelling the sites complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:4:8 mix using 40mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Re- filling in foundation and basement and trenches with Excavated Earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well watered,rammed and consolidated etc.,complete.

Supply and filling of good gritty gravel from approved quarry to work site including cost and conveyance of all charges etc complete.

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering includingnecessary supports for plane surface in foundation andbasement and in all floors for R C C column footingcolumn plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps,bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets ofsize 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mildsteel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete. (BELOW GROUND LEVEL)

Square and rectangular columns and small quantities such as sunshades, parapet cum drops, window boxing, fin projections and other similar works.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION FOOTINGS including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification.Foundation & Basement
