Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m as directed by Engineer-in-charge 0.30m & above. (PWD SOR 2.6.1.)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement 4: coarse sand 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) (PWD SOR 4.1.8)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class 150 in foundation and plinth in: cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand) (PWD SOR 6.1.1)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix:1:4 (1 cement : 4 Fine Sand) SOR 13.7.2

Providing and Laying in position Cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to Plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per S.O.R. 2020 (4.1.3)

Granular Sub-Base with close Graded Material By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with Front end loader/ rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Water Bound Macadam Grade-3Providing , laying , spreding and compacting graded stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including Spreading in uniform layers , hand packing,rolling with three wheel steel/vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding material to fill up the interstices of course aggregate , watering and compacting to the required density. as per clause 401.(4.11A)

Prime Coat over WBM Providing and applying prime coat with bitumien emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base inlcuding clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechinical means .5.01

Tack Coat First (over granular surface) Providing and applying tack second coat with VG.- 10/ Bitumen Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of0.20- 0.30 kg per sqm in the norms bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom . 5.02
