S&F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A including dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged in to spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously un treated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and depositing of debris to a distance exc 1 km outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of concrete surfaces surface finished fair and even including and mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions, including taking down cement plaster of any description including taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and depositing of debris to a distance exc 1 km outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion white tinted over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
