(B) EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and labour for construction of brick masonary valve chamber (230mm thick wall) of 450x450x450mm (internal size) including PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation brick wall with sub class 'B' bricks old size, built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping rendering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick and painting the brick work externally and internally with antifugal paint including provision of MS sheet cover 3mm thick fixed to MS angle frame made out of 40x40x6mm thick with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer to steel surfaces and locking arrangement including necessary excavation an earth work in any type of soil.

Material and labour for cutting of 50mm dia pipe CI/GI in position for insertion of new tees, tail pieces, flanged etc including necessry jointing materials for flanged fitting or lead joint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 MPA working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

(C) EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

S&F junction box factory made of size 250mmx150mmx100mm made from 16 gauge steel sheet powder coated complete with 2 Nos aluminium busbar arrangement of suitable size fixed on porcelain supports with hinge cover and locking arrangement fixed to bottom of the electric pole by means of and including 6 Amps MCB, clams of MS Flat Iron 25x6mm with bolts, nuts and washer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F LED street light luminaire 60W in a single piece pressure die cast aluminium housing with efficient heat dissipation design, and UV treated coating with individual LED mounted on & incl 40mm dia GI pipe light grade 1.5M long bent to shape fixed to pole with necessary clamps, nuts washers etc including electrical connection with suitable size and length of copper conductor, fixing & testing before & after mounting for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F post top lantern with clear acrylic globe suitable for and including 25watt retrofit lamp and all other accessories and electric connection complete all as specified and directed (Make : 25 watt (Rubby) of make Havells or equivalent all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F path light fitting including 9 W LED lamp, pole of length 1.50 mtr and all other accessories including excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layer not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50M and making good surface and providing cement concrete in foundations for post top fitting, filling and mass-concrete with type C-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) and electric connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Make : Bajaj Cat Part Nos BMGTEO 1B, BMPS 150 B).

(D) SEWAGE DISPOSAL

M&L for convenational on site LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sludge water complete all as per manufacturer instruction of 50 users capacity including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil and PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 below foundation , vent shaft and necessary connection complete all as specified and and as directed. Note:-Size and shape of tank shall be as decided by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for construction of soak well, excavation of earth work in ordinary type of soil, PCC lean concrete in foundation, honey combed brick work and solid brick work in cement mortar (1:4), PCC band ,PCC and brick work in dwarf wall, form work to side and soffit of RCC slab, TMT bars in reinforcement and RCC M 25 design mix in cover slab of size 2.4 m dia and 4.50 m effective depth including RCC precast man hole cover including brickbats for filling complete all as specified and shown on drawings and directed.

(E) SITE CLEARANCE, EXCAVATION.EARTHWORKAND AREA DEVELOPEMENT

Bringing approved earth from outside MD land and spreading in layers n exc 25cm thickness including watering and rolling with 8 to 10 tone power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

(F) COOLING APPLIANCES

S & F refrigerator, electric driven, single phase (100 to 300V), 360 letre capacity, BEE 5 Star energy rating , frost free cooling technology, Deodorizer other features double door type complete matching with latest technology complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation , commissioning of water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven, single phase having approx storage capacity 120 litres and nominal cooling capacity 60 litre per hours complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input varriation between 160V to 260V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 2KVA including digital display complete all as specified and as directed.Make:- V Guard/AE/Volina

Supply and fix air curtain unit for prevension of dust and conditioned air losses, single phase 230V, 50HZ made out of MS/CRCA sheet of minimum thickness 18 gauge finished with two coats of synthetic enemel paint (oven baked) over a coat of red oxide primer with MS-CRC 18 gauge square forated section grills, aluminium alloy fans consisting of two numbers of blower motors and one number motor wall mounting type having length 6 feets suitable for 7 feets door heigh,t air curtain double velocity 16-20 metres/second including all electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed.Make:-CROSS Cat Part No CL-AM-1212 or equvalent make and model of DAIKIN/CROMPTON.

Supply and fix water heater storage type 25 Litres capacity, BEE 5 star and 8 bar pressure rated stainless steel (minimum wall thickness 2mm ) tank with feroglass coated inner container energy saving high density PUF insulation , vertical ABS shock proof plastic body grouting of studs in wall in cement mortar (1:3) nuts, washers, provn of two nos PVC braided connection 450mm long, heavy duty with brass nuts and two nos brass chromium plated angular valve with valve flange suitable for 15mm bore pipe of water supply connection complete all as specified and as directed.
