Earth work excavation for Narrow Pipe Line Cutting in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand,or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete

Providing and laying ,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM ) soecification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying Prime coat of 7 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with primer using 7 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as Prime coat manually etc., complete as per 502 of MORTH Rev V Specifications

Providing and laying tack coat of 2.5 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM/ surface treated with binder using 2.5 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Specifications

Providing and laying tack coat of 2.0 kgs/10 sqm over the B.T surface treated with binder using 2.0 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Specifications

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.25 cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23 cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min. required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to worksite, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc.,

including hire charges and fuel charges for 20- 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher /9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5 Specification.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 - 9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50 -2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 45.27kgs of VG30 / VG40 bitumen and 5.03Kg of plastic waste (50.30*10%=5.03Kg) for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.,

including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils to full depth as directed by the departmental officers except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and balling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 meters and initial lift of 2 meters including clearing leveling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification (TNDSS No. 23, 24)

Centering for soffits of RCC slabs plane surface including strutting upto 3.00m height using mild steel of size 90cmx60cmx10 gauge fitted with MS angle of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cmx6cm spaced at 90cm c/c and supported by causrina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm c/c complying with standard specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 10& 12mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Providing laying and jonting of UGSS house service connection ( HSC ) pipe line up to Road side drian using 110mmOD PVC pipe 6kg/cm2 with same diameter PVC dummy including cost of all materials to site, laying and Jointing of pvc pipe to proper gradient and alignmentetc including cost of necessary dismantling to existing UGSS manhole side wall and redo the nessary manhole wall makeing good etc complete

Conveyance of excess excavated and surpluse earth to low laying areas upto 5 km lead including loading and unloading charges and all labours charges etc complete
