Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepaire surface mixing by mix in place method at OMC and compacting with smooth roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause-401(B) . (Morth)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mecahnical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacitng with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per SI No. 406

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat-1st with Bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen Pressure distributor at the rater of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Techincal Specification Clause 503. (for DBM)

Proving and laying dense graded bituminous macadam 50mm thickness with HMP producing an average output 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50% percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting to hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per Morth specification clause 507 complete in all respect.

Providing and applying tack coat-2 with Bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen Pressure distributor at the rater of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Techincal Specification Clause 503. (for BC)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous (VG-30) binder @ 5.4% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification Clause 509 complete in all respects.

Construction of Subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained form borrowpits with all lifts and leads transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement to Table 300-2. As per MoRT&H specification No. 305 Sr. No. 3.18

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass bed as perIRC 35 inclduing cost of all materials , labour , Machinaries , T&P etc. requared for peoper completion of work i/c all other charges and taxes . The finishied surface to be level uniform and free from streks and holes as per MORTH specification no. 803
