Documentary proof for Clause No.3.2 (d) (B) (c) of ITT : The type tests certificates of offered High Performance Conductor (HPC) as per relevant IEC Standards and KPTCL specifications not older than seven (07) years as on the last date of submission of the bid. The bidder /tenderer shall furnish the complete list of the all the type test carried out as per latest IEC and KPTCL Specifications with the offer indicating the reference of relevant clause of IEC and KPTCL Specifications test description/details and date of testing along with the copies of the Type test reports

Undertaking 3 stating that in the event of order, Bidder/Tendered will conduct and submit the Type Test reports for offered High Performance Conductor (HPC) at his cost, at the test houses mentioned at 3.2 (d) (B)(c) of ITT before commencing the deliveries without affecting the delivery schedule

Undertaking-1 stating that in the event of an Award , Bidder will procure HPC Conductor form the Manufacturers who meet the stipulated requirements and details of manufacturers for HPC Conductor

Undertaking -2 Legally enforceable Deed of Undertaking on Rs 500/- Stamp Paper by the Bidder and HPC Manufacturer

Valid Super Grade Electrical Contactor License of Both Lead Bidder and Consortium Partner (In case of Consortium ) issued by the Govt of Karnataka as per 2.3 of ITT

Certificate of Incorporation of the Individual/Consortium or any relevant document in the respect of Partnership/Proprietorship firms as per the Tender Document

The Bidder and Consortium Partner (in case of consortium ) should have valid GST Registration with GST IN Number, PAN CARD and ISO Certificate.Note The successful Bidder and his Consortium Partner who have GST Registration in Other States should have GST Registration in the State of Karnataka mandatorily at the time of the execution of the Contract Agreement
