Taking down carefully aluminum or copper point wiring including exisitng PVC casing caping /concealed conduit for (light, fan, socket, bell or power) including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm (Phase-Red, Neutral-Black) and earth continuity conductor 1.5 Sqmm (Green) drawn into and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC condiut medium grade not less than 20mm dia ISI marked ivory colour with all conduit fittings/ fixing accessories and unwelded sunken galvanised pressed steel terminal boxes boxes of thickness not less than 1.0 mm and covered with 3mm thick phenolic laminated white sheet cover plate for switches, sockets as required for one light point controlled by one switch.

NOTE: Two runs of 6 sqmm cable, one run of 6 sqmm cable along with conduit including acessories shall be measured as one running metre of submain wiring.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6.0mm buried directly in ground, vertically to depth not less than 2.25mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level surrounded from all sides with alternate layers of charcoal and common salt and connected to GI strip of size 32x6mm by means of GI bolts, nuts washers & check nuts electrode connected to main switch board or main control board or on poles or on transformer and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI strip upto test point including providing funnel and wire mesh GI frame and 10cm thick suitably reinforced RCC pit cover, PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates complete including excavation and earth work in any type of strata, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as specified ans shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1, PCC pit shall be provided at least 50 cm away from the earth pit and not just on earth pit including testing on completion complete. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and GI earthing wire upto test point or upto electric equipment from top of earth plate shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S& F in repair integral LED flood light 100 W 3000 K with a nominal system lumes output of 7200 lumens and a minimum system efficacy of 90 lumes/ watt. The luminaire shall have rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours before reaching at L70. The liminarire should have cool white colour temperature (CCT > 3000K) and a CRI > 70. The luminair shall meet IP 66 rating & IK05 rating with THD <20% and PF >90. The luminaire housing should be made of pressure die cast aluminium with a flat glass optical cover. the total power consumption should not exceed 100W including driver complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (geyser) any make and capacity from clamp/bolts including disconnecting water and electric connection including checking defects and replacement of u/s parts and re fixing the same and connecting up after cleaning of geyser and repair complete. (Note - U/s parts shall be meausred separately as supply only under relavent items of this BOQ)

Supply and fixing in repair LED street light fitting 35/36 Watt minumum 100 lumens/watt, 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, clamp bracket 1.2mtr long with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, in replacement, Junction box, cubical type, factory made, outdoor type of Size 45cm(l) x30cm(w) x60cm(h), dust and vermin proof, fabricated out of mild steel sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick, complete with openable shutters in front and rear having proper locking arrangement including including 04 Nos legs made out of angle iron of suitable size and height of each leg shall be grouted in PCC and aluminium bus bar of size 400 Amps capacity, Three phase and neutral bus bar, making hot and cold drilling holes to aluminium bus bar.
