Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cemet mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick as on ceilings or concrete surfaces in cemet mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces or on chajjas / parapet walls etc in cemet mortar 1:4 mixing with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and fair without using extra cement including fixing of chicken wire mesh where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Liquid water proofing compound and Chicken wire mesh shall be measured and paid as supply only separately

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of any type / description from ceilings /RCC surfaces etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian ) n. exc. 30 cm high with thick paint so that letters standout boldly and solidly without showing sign of brush marks including all stops, commas, short lines. dashes, hyphens, brackets etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old surface of wall including crack filling up to 3mm by using crack seal & up to 10mm by using textured crack filler and applying two coats of oil bound distamper white or tinted over and including a coat of primer complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for prepration of plastered surface of walls and applying applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to achieve the smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
