Supplying & Erecting RCC centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and fixing of M.S. " L "ANGLES of approved design fortruss using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outermembers which should be fixed to "truss" inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply, and fixing of Galvalum sheet ( pre painted )6mm thick including 15 cm lapping necessary 'J' bolt and nut ,bitumen washer and screws if wooden baterns including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete complying with standard specifications

Plastering c.m 1:5 (one cement and five sand) mix to a thick of 12mm using clean screened sand and including the cost of curing for 15 days from the completion of work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc complete complying as per MORTH Specifications. Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill of approved design for doors. Windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outermembers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coats with best-approved quality Colour Enamel paint for New Iron Works including cost and conveyance of enamel paint etc., Complete.
