Annual Maintenance and Upkeep of Archaeological Gardens in the state of Odisha for the financial year 2020-21.

Complete maintenance of the entire intensive garden (in ‘B’ class city) features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn, trees, shrubs, herbs, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required), top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/articles will be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in-charge. Total garden area 171105 sqm. Garden area for 12 months : 171105 x 12 = 2053260 sqm.

Complete maintenance of the entire intensive garden (in ‘C’ class city) features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn, trees, shrubs, herbs, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required), top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/articles will be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in-charge. Total garden area 176610.38 sqm. Garden area for 12 months : 176610.38 x 12 = 2119324.56 sqm.

Complete maintenance of the entire extensive garden (in ‘C’ class city) features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn, trees, shrubs, herbs, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required), top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/articles will be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in-charge. Total garden area 131655.9 sqm. Garden area for 12 months : 131655.9 x 12 = 1579870.8 sqm.

Complete maintenance of tree plantation (in ‘B’ class city) by attending all the garden cultural operation in time i.e. hoeing, manuring, watering, ring making, stacking and other related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide will be provided by the Department & other T&P material/articles will be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in-charge. Total No. of trees : 2878 nos. No. of trees for 12 months : 2878 x 12 = 34536 nos.

Complete maintenance of tree plantation (in ‘C’ class city) by attending all the garden cultural operation in time i.e. hoeing, manuring, watering, ring making, stacking and other related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide will be provided by the Department & other T&P material/articles will be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in-charge. Total No. of trees : 750 nos. No. of trees for 12 months : 750 x 12 = 9000 nos.
