Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1: 3: 6 or richer mix.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar.

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade to give an even shade including all scaffolding: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M-150 (1 : 2 : 4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water-proof compound complete as per specification . 50mm thick.

Suppling and laying of prepared & fully developed slection Ist lawn rolls, including cost & tranporation of lawn rolls, preparation of bed also cost of all labours, manur water charges, removing of grass and stone from beds. Maintance of lawn upto three months all work executed as per direction of Engineer incharge. (approved by Chief Eng. Kota)
