Making conveyance arrangements for Pump Mechanics along with spare parts, tools and instruments etc. for attending the Pump set faults at different Telephone Exchange / staff quarters on need basis etc. as required.

Distance up to 50 Kms from Bhubaneswar

Distance above 50 Kms and up to 100 Kms from Bhubaneswar

Distance above 100 Kms and up to 150 Kms from Bhubaneswar

Attending minor faults in the pump sets/control panels/starters and restoration of the pump sets i/c replacement of starters, relays, switches, contactors and assessing the materials required/works to be carried out in case of major faults etc. as required

Withdrawing a 3HP/4HP/5HP submersible pump set from the Bore well along with delivery pipe lines after disconnection of power supply cable, delivery pipes etc. complete as required.

Withdrawing of 3HP/4HP/5HP open well submersible pump set from the UG sump after disconnection of power supply cable, delivery pipes etc. complete as required.

Transportation of the faulty pump set from site to nearest authorized service centre and bring back to site after repairing i/c loading and unloading etc. as required.

Dismantling the submersible Pump motor set, checking and fault finding, preparation of bill of materials/defect list etc. complete as required.

Servicing of the 3HP/4HP/5 HP, 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz bore well submersible pump set i/c cleaning of mud depositions, servicing and re-assembling after rewinding and repairing/replacement of existing defective/worn out parts/components etc. as required.

Rewinding of the 3 HP/ 2.2 KW, 3 phase 415 volts, 8.4 Amps, 50 Hz vertical type submersible pump motor (Make :KSB CORA 100/12C+UMA100) with bright annealed high conducting electrolytic copper PVC insulated copper wire of suitable size and quantity etc. complete as required. (The dismantled materials may be retained by the Contractor)

Rewinding of the 4 HP/ 3 KW, 3 phase 415 volts, 8.4 Amps, 50 Hz vertical type submersible pump motor (Make :KSB CORA 100/12C+UMA100) with bright annealed high conducting electrolytic copper PVC insulated copper wire of suitable size and quantity etc. complete as required. (The dismantled materials may be retained by the Contractor)

Rewinding of the 5 HP/ 3.75 KW, 3 phase 415 volts, 50 Hz vertical type submersible pump motor with bright annealed high conducting electrolytic copper PVC insulated copper wire of suitable size and quantity etc. complete as required. (The dismantled materials may be retained by the Contractor)

Rewinding of the 5 HP, 3 phase 415 volts, 50 Hz horizontal type Open well submersible pump motor (Model: MR 5.0 HH, 3.7 Kw, 9.3A, Make- Kirloskar Brothers Ltd) with bright annealed high conducting electrolytic copper PVC insulated copper wire of suitable size and quantity etc. complete as required. (The dismantled materials may be retained by the Contractor)

Replacement of the following defective parts /components of 3/4/5 HP submersible pump set by new ones of approved make etc. as required.

Stainless Steel Strainer with 3" Short piece pipe i/c lathe works

Tie Rods with nuts and washers etc.

Re-installation of the repaired 3HP/4HP/5HP submersible pump set along with delivery pipe lines etc. in the bore well i/c reconnection of delivery pipe, electrical power supply cable, testing and trial run etc. complete as required.

Re-installation of the repaired 3HP/4HP/5HP submersible pump set in UG sump i/c reconnection of delivery pipe, electrical power supply cable, testing and trial run etc. complete as required.

Replacement of the following damaged pipe lines with accessories by new ones of following sizes i/c all plumbing works etc. as required. (Sch-80)
