7. Construction of 50MT Godown and Office Building of PACs of Mangarajpur G.P. under Kujanga Block

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including dressing and levelling the foundation bed and depositing the excavated materials clear of work site with all leads, lifts, delifts and dewatering & shoring including removing bushes, stumps and any other foreign materials from the working area as well as from the foundation trenches with cost of all labour, T&P, hire and running charges of all machineries, labour cess etc. complete in all respects as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in canal bed including slushy soil with rough dressing & levelling the bed with 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift and the excavated earth will be deposited away from the site including all taxes, cess etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Filling in foundation & plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size hard granite crusher broken metal confirming to relevant BIS specifications with all cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials T&P, cess including scaffolding, walkways & properly mixing, hoisting & placing concrete to desired workability & curing for recommended period etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Flyash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth using Flyash bricks of 23x11x8cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg./sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 2 percent including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and cur belling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Flyash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure & plinth using Flyash bricks of 23x11x8cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg./sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 2 percent including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and cur belling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing R.C.C work of M-20 grade with 20mm and downgraded clean hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete with necessary slope and smoothness to receive tar felting or terracing, watering and curing for four weeks,excluding centring, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface and ceiling smooth to receive white washing or painting providing grooves or beads and fan hooks as per requirement in ceiling where necessary, cost of water, including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending and binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
