REPAIR TO CHAIR WRITING :- Opening of joints of damaged/broken member of chair writing where required for replacement including removing of cane, if necessary polishing new parts with French polish including cleaning and preparation of the surface to match with existing surface etc. all as directed by Engr-in-charge FD-280, FD-202, FD-20

(a) S&F front leg (left or right ) made out with Ist class HW seasoned teak wood of size and shape as per existing chair or as per Drg all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) All as per item No 1(a) above but rear leg (left or right) all as directed by EIC.

(c) All as per item No 1(a) above but of front/rear/side members of seat bottom

(d) All as per item 1(a) above but back Stiffener

(e) All as per item 1(a) above but bottom stiffener

(f) S&F front Arms rest made of size and shape as per existing chair or as per Drg all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(g) Description all as per item 1 (a) here in before but replacement of shoes with new PVC shoe of superior quality with steel plated screws of suitable size complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(h) Re canning of chair writing

(j) M&L for preparation of wooden surface of Chair writing by scrubbing with grit paper to smoothen the surface and apply one or more coat of French polish of required shade complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

(b) All as per item 4(a) above but replacement of new long rail made out of Ist class hard wood complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) Removing of old unserviceable front/ side/ back rails and S&F new front// side / back rails seasoned teak wood all as specified and directed.

(b) Removing of old unserviceable legs and S&F new legs seasoned teak wood all as specified and directed.

(c ) Removing of old unserviceable arms and S&F new arms of seasoned teak wood all as specified and directed.

(d) Removing of old unserviceable foam cushion from chair easy cushioned and S&F new foam cushion of 75mm thick & 50 thick of 32 density for seat and back respectively make SLEEPWELL fixed over wooden frame covered with tapestry cloth not less than Rs 300/- per mtr as approvedby Engr-in-charge and rest all as per drg .

(e) M&L for preparation of wooden surface of chair eay cushioned by scrubbing with grit paper to smoothen the surface and apply one or more coat of French polish of required shade complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

REPAIR TO SOFA SET 5 SEATER (a) Removing of existing U/S cushion from back seat and bottom of sofa set five seater and S&F new foam cushion of size 560mm x530mm x 95 to 100 mm thick 32density duly covered with superior quality tapestry cloth as approved by GE (Not less than Rs. 350/ Mtr) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. FD-281

(b) Removing of existing old unserviceable front leg from sofa set 5 seater and S & F new leg of seasoned teak wood duly polished to match existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE PLY WOOD TOP FD-220 (a) Removing of old unserviceable ply wood commercial plywood and s&F new ply wood commercial 12 mm thick BWR ISI marked using nut ,bolt and washers including tightening of loose frame/fixing of loose charpoy GI pipe component to make the frame fit for fixing complete all as per specified and as direction by Engr-in-charge.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 38633.65 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' (Contd). Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
