Achieved in at least ONE financial years an average annual financial turnover in all Class of Civil Engineering Construction Works only of Rs. 8.21 Lakhs with Valid Financial turnover from CA with UDIN.

RequiredTenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity is A x N X 5-B.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

In the case of death of a contractor after executing / commencement of the work, his legal heir, if an eligible registered contractor and willing can execute and complete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of work

The amount put to tender is Exclusive of GST and the tenderer should quote Without GST

During the time of technical evaluation, if the employer finds that any certification/ information furnished is false, such bidders will be disqualified and barred from participation in the bid

The intending bidders are advised to visit the site of work before submitting their tenders

If any of the dates mentioned above happened to be a general holiday, the next working day holds good

Any Modification/ corrections will be published in the KPP -portal. The bidders are advised to visit the KPP portal web site regularly

Tender Capacity- Eligible Tenderers will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity is ( A x N x 5 - B ) where,A is Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years at 2026-27 price level (updated to the Financial year in which the tender is invited) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N is Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited Ie.,1 months (0.083 years ). B is Value, at 2026-27 price level (updated to the Financial year in which the tender is invited) of existing commitments and on going works to be completed during the next30 days (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited).

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period. i.e.,2021-22 , 2022-23 ,2023-24, 2024-25 ,2025-26 Achieved in at least ONE financial years an average annual financial turnover (in all Class of Civil Engineering Construction Works only) of Rs 8.21 Lakhs. (Usually not less than the estimated annual payment under this contract) (Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited).

Category-ST Contractors should upload a scanned copy of valid Caste Certificate Issued from compete tent Authority and should submit the hard copy of original Category- ST Caste certificate for verification, at the time opening of cover-I. b) Category- ST Contractors should be Domicile of State of Karnataka for more than 10 years and should upload a copy of valid Domicile certificate issued by competent Authority and should submit the hard copy of original Domicile certificate for verification, at the time opening of cover-I c) If the bidder is haves firm then all the partners/ members of the firm shall belong to the Category- ST.

Excavation and removal of silt and silt mixed with sand from canal bed by manual means including disposing off the same in spoil bank or on the canal embankment in layers as directed with all other ancillary operations complete. (in dry condition)

Providing casing embankment using semi-pervious / pervious approved soil from borrow areas in layers of 250 to 300 mm ( before compaction ) including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides, watering, compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent or as stipulated using power roller and all other ancillary operations complete with all lead and lifts etc complete & as per directions of Engineer in charge of work.
