Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 1 above but in soft/disintegrated rock.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling in, mass concrete for foundation of pole, transformer, panel board, stay, post top lantern, repairs to road cutting, drain, path etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of new pole / reconstruction old damaged copings etc, including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour stone dust for coushioning of UG cable/ at cable trenches inside substation bulding complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick protection with sub class 'B' bricks for UG cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling taking out carefully old/unserviceable UG cable of any type, any size from trenches / poles / ducts / LT panels after dismantling ends from OH conductors / MCCBs / joint boxes for relaying / refixing or carrying to store for schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 6 sq.mm 2 core with required aluminium cable lugs all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down old / un serviceable ACSR conductor any size complete for reuse at site or carrying to store for schedule of credit all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix ACSR conductor including jointing with existing conductor and straining on LT pole and proper fastening to pin / shackle type insulators with aluminium binding wire and required jumpering connections all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down old/un serviceable insulator of any type, any size from pole / stay for reuse at site or carrying to store for sch of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height and 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix shackle type, porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washer and nuts of size 100 mm height and 115 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix loop type insulator, porcelain vitreous brown of size 65x90mm and clearence hole 16mm all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for stay assembly using 16mm dia galvanised rod complete all as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part I including dismantling un serviceable one all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Clamps, loop insulator, earth work, PCC shall be measured separately.
