M&L for Taking out /disconnecting and refixing after descaling of sluice valves and condensers for descaling and plugging it & providing 15mm' T' outlet for local circulation of mild acid solution in the condenser ( seprate container and small pump set to circulate diluted acid solution to be used ) correct ph value of solution to be circulated and it should be checked every hour during the operation . scalegon water solution (as approved by GE) to be used for descaling purpose after 2 to 3 hours of cleaning , if PH-value remains less than 7, flush water will be added in the sodium carbonate ,tubes to be cleaned with nylon brush and closing the end covers after circulated diluted acid solution as specified as above and ph value to be maintained and flushing the same with fresh water including cleaning of cooling tower and all of the sluice valves with lines in the system with diluted acid, recharging of stored refrigerant up to required pressure complete as specified and directed by Engineer – in- Charge,for the followings :

Taking down and refix after rewinding of monoblock pump motor of following capacity , 3 phase , 50Hz with super enameled copper winding wire ,make : Atlas / Devidyal / Finolex, including replacement of unserviceable accessories i.e bushes , impellers , locking key and nuts , washers etc to mono block pump including transportation of pump and motor for repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:-

M & L for replacement of unserviceable brass liquid line valve 25 mm PS25, make :-DANFOSS or equivalent to list of make as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable digital electronic type temperature meter with RH arrangement range of approx '0' degree centigrade to '50' degree centigrade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M &L for replacement of old unserviceable water thermometer in range of approx '0' degree centigrade to '50' degree centigrade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable safety control valve ( pressure relief type ) size approx. "3/8“ , ½” at condenser unit, make : Accel / Indofoss / Danfoss or equivalent to list of make as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L for replacement of old unserviceable water pressure gauge of capacity approx 14 kg/cm2 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair to LT electric control panel board, cleaning inside with blower, servicing, tightening all electrical connections/ contact points,replacing defective locking clips thimble and making it serviceable with interlocking wiring including replacement of defective parts and refixing back in its existing position complete all as specified and directed. Note:-spares / accessories of mains electric control panel are measured and paid for separately under relavant items of this schedule.

Replacement of A.H.U room strip heater suitable for air condition plant capacity 3 KW complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down 5 HP to 40 HP motor with isolating rotor & stator,cleaning & greasing in the exiting bearing & reassembling of complete motor & fixing on same position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for cleaning,scrubing & painting of complete central/package type AC PLANT (Capacity 2 X 10 TR) with one coat synthetic enamel paint in existing/approved colour code including pumps ,motors, startors, LT panel board,fan blower,compressor,pipe line, condenser etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and filling, in replacement, compressor oil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F, in replacment, V Belt for AC plant size B-76/A 50/C 102/B 38/B 87 etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F, in R-22 Refrigerant gas also vaccum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2) (if required) is deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix, in repairs, ball bearing (set of two Nos) suitable for capacity of 3 HP electric motor/ mono block motor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation as specified and including the followings :- (a) M&L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of mill scale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide,to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M & L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr of size 25 mm."

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt,Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc of size 26 Gauge complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for complete leak testing the AC plant of 20 TR to 80TR cap, chiller / direct expansion type and rectify the leaks in the joints valves, gauge board, compressor gas & oil connections and pressure testing the system with Nitrogen gas, and holding the pressure for 48 Hrs. check for any drop, vaccumising the system as per the standard and charging only the gas, testing & commissioning the plant complete all as specified and directed.
