Provision and replacement of Airconditioners at existing and propsed expanded portion of terminal building at kolhapur airport

Supply of VRV / VRF Outdoor unit of actual capacity shown below @ 43° C ambient and 23 ± 1° C RH≠60% indoor temperature. VRV / VRF outdoor unit shall operate on 3-phase, 380-420V, 50Hz supply comprise & high efficiency 100% Inverter compressors .The panel must be 100% compatible with BMS. The unit must also be provided with self addressable control system for control of indoor & other outdoor machines low noise condenser fan, with multiple outdoor units catering to indoor units located in various floors. Refrigerant 410A complete etc, as required . ( The outdoor units capacity can be of 1 OR 2 modules combination)

a) 50 HP -Top Discharge Unit

Supply of 4 Way Flow Cassette type indoor units of following capacity operating voltage on 1-phase, 220-240V, 50Hz supply , having galvanizedsteel plate casing. The unit shall be insulated with sound absorbing thermal insulation material, Polystyrene / Polyethylene foam. The unit shall be supplied with suitable decorative panel & resin net filter with Mold resistance. The unit shall be supplied with drain hose, clamp metal, washer fixing plate, sealing pads, screws, clamps, washer for hanging bracket & insulation for fitting,, cordless/wireless remote controller complete etc , as required.

Supply of Wall Mounted Hi-Wall Units of following capacity operating voltage on 220-240V, 50Hz supply , having galvanizedsteel plate casing. The unit shall be insulated with sound absorbing thermal insulation material, Polystyrene / Polyethylene foam. The unit shall be supplied with suitable decorative panel & resin net filter with Mold resistance. The unit shall be supplied with drain hose, clamp metal, washer fixing plate, sealing pads, screws, clamps, washer for hanging bracket & insulation for fitting,, cordless/wireless remote controller complete etc , as required.

Supply of Refrigerant piping "Y" / "T" joints for suction and liquid line with insulation, as recommended by manufacturer,suitable for the combination of indoor and outdoor machines quoted complete etc as required .

Supply of Centralised remote controllers for operation & status monitoring of installed indoor units including cabling, mounting as per OEM recommendation complete etc as required.

The unit shall be supplied with drain hose, clamp metal, washer fixing plate, sealing pads, screws, clamps, washer for hanging bracket & insulation for fitting complete etc as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 18G Hard drawn refrigerant copper (suction and liquid) piping using eddy current free Copper pipes and fittings like elbows, couplers, tee joints, brass fittings, "U" loops, expansion loops etc. Supports consisting of GI box / "C" sections & female anchor fasteners with full threaded GI rods, insulation of pipes using 13 mm thick upto 19 mm Cu Pipe & 19 mm thick from 19 mm Cu pipe elastomeric closed cell Nitrile Rubber insulation material having class "O" for fire properties , structural clamps with hard PVC pipe sleeves under the MS clamps to protect insulation at supports complete etc as required.

a) 34.9 mm dia with 19 mm thick insulation

Supply and laying of 3C X 1.5 Sqmm Communication cable between Indoor and Out door Units in suitable PVC pipe including clamping/support complete etc as required .

Supply and fixing of following sizes PVC drain Piping with neceassary insulation,fittings complete etc , as required.

a) 32 mm Dia

b) 25 mm Dia

Providing MS platform with suitable pads to avoid vibrations for all installed outdoors units. All the supports and angle base frame structure to be duly black painted with synthetic epoxy paint., proper fixing with fasterners complete etc as required.

Transportation ,packing , Loading /Unloading and Out station charges upto the site i.e Kolhapur Airport,Kolhapur.

Supply of 3.5CX70 sqmm size of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part 2) amended upto date.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

i) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and laying of 75mm dia size DWC pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar,din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer ) as required .

a) 4 way (4+12) double door

Supplying and fixing of 32 A rating, 415 V, 10 kA, "C"curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

i) Triple pole

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, (three phase and neutral), 415 volts, miniature circuit breaker (MCB), having a sensitivity current 30 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 A "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing TP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 32 A 415 V "C" curve TP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/DWC pipe as required.

i) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

i) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, singlecore cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required.

i) 4 X 6 sq. mm + 2 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

i) 3½ X 70 sq. mm (38mm)
