Item is reserved to be procured from CLW approved vendors WITH CLW V.D. 2100313. Bidders must attach valid CLW approval copy, valid on tender opening date. Bidders quoting on behalf of approved vendors, must attach tender specific authorization from approved vendor along with CLW approval copy of approved vendor. Failing which such offer shall be treated as non-responsive and may summarily be ignored. Bid doc Para 2.8.5.2 of attached bid document shall also be applicable.

Firm to attach detail specification and catalogue of the product they wish to supply. Firm should also attach dealership/stockist certificate of OEM in case firm itself a not manufacturer.
