Providing 24X7 maintenance gang along with vehicle (With GPS location tool) under area of EUDD III, Mathura in the jurisdiction of SE, EUDC, Mathura

PROVIDING 24X7 MAINTENANCE GANG IN 03 SHIFT / DAY CONSISTING OF 1 SUPERVISOR + 3 TECHNICAL STAFF + 4 NON TECHNICAL STAFF EMPLOYEE ALONG WITH VEHICLE (WITH GPS LOCATIONAL TOOL). Scope of work defined below :- (i) Line Chart shall be prepared in AutoCad for all associated 33 KV, 11 KV and LT distribution network. Soft and hard copy will be submitted to concerned Division office. (ii) Shutdown procedure :- Shutdown shall be given by the Junior Engineer of concerned Sub-station and Junior Engineer shall make sure to facilitate the same. (iii) Locating & rectification of Underground HT & LT Line Faults, which include Road/Trench Digging, replacement of various damaged cables, making of cable joints (Jointing kit shall be provided by Deptt.), Refilling of trench, repairing of roads shall be done by the contractor. Arrangement of all associated T&P for attending faults shall be made by contractor itself. (iv) Attending Overhead Line faults of 33 KV, 11 KV & LT Network, which includes making of cable joints (Jointing kit shall be provided by Deptt.) maintenance/replacement of STP/PCC Pole, line Re-sagging and Re-Jumpering work. Arrangement of all associated T&P for attending faults shall be made by contractor itself. (v) LT Panel welding and all other panel maintenance related work like replacement of Busbar, lifting of panel from ground level to a suitable height along with associated civil work shall be done by the contractor as and where required. (vi) Arrangement for cartage of material for attending Breakdowns and routine maintenance work from store/Substations to work site shall be looked after by the Contractor itself. No arrangements shall be done by the Deptt. (vii) Arrangement of Hydra/Crane (14 Tons) & JCB as per requirement for fault removal is to be done by the contractor. (viii) Routine maintenance work of Distribution/Powers T/F. as and when required shall be done by the Contractor. (ix) Cutting/Chopping of Tree branches with Tree chopping Petrol Operated Machine. (x) Replacement of burnt distribution transformers in emergency as directed by E.E. concern (xi) In case of Emergency/Natural calamities, Contractor shall arrange extra Gang/Manpower for attending faults at no extra cost. (xii) Earthing of Pole and distribution panel (Earth Rod shall be provided by Deptt.) (xiii) Emergency duty as designated by concerned Executive Engineer for festivals and VIP visit shall be performed in defined Uniform. (xiv) Any other work as per direction of E.E. concern.
