Supply and fabrication of steel including all etc complete complying with standard specification

Supply and erection centering with necessary supports including all etc complete complying with standard specification 1.columns

2.Beams and Slab

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing ,laying ,and curing etc complete for 10 cum 1.Foundation & Basement

Brick work in n cement mortar 1:5 mix country bricks of size 23*11*7 including all etc complete complying with standard specification

Supply and painting the wall with Two coats of wall putty including all etc complete

Platering with cement mortar 1:3 mix 12 mm thick RCC exposed surface like roof slab and sunshade including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges

Platering with cement mortar 1:5 mix 12 mm thick RCC exposed surface like roof slab and sunshade including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges

Paving the Flooring with vetrified tiles approved quality colour design and size of 60cmx60cm laid in cm 1:3 20mm thick including all etc complete

Painting two coats with exterior emultion over one priming coat of cement paint over new cement plastered wall surface and ceiling including all etc complete

Painting two coats newly plastered wall surface with plastic emultion paint of first quality and approved colour over priming coat including all etc complete

Supply and fixing of doors including all cost and coveyance

Supply and fixing of Windows including all cost and coveyance

Provision for water supply

Provision for electrification

provision for Name board and photographic charges
