NOTES (i) Quoted rate deems to be inclusive cost of stainless steel hot water tank, cost of fabrication & errection of tank staging for cold backup water tank & hot water storage tank using 50x50x6mm MS angle iron sections & 50x5mm MS flat iron duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Supply and fixing desert cooler electric driven (single phase), having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 CuM per hour, factory made Gi sheet body 18 SWG and side panells of 22 SWG, water sump capacity not less than 40 ltrs including making water connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Sch 'A' Sec - XIII, (Part-II) (DISMANTLING/DEMOLITION AND MISC WORKS )

Taking down old unserviceable flushing cistern any type complete all as directed.

Taking down old steel ventilator complete all as directed.

Preparation and submission of completion record drawings (both architectural and structural, showing plan, front elevation, rear elevation and both side views) of buildings at srl No 01 to 21 of Sch 'A' Sec-I duly incorporating changes, if any during execution and provision of respective TD drawings on computer based AUTOCAD software and shall be submitted to Engineer-in-charge in print copy on tracing paper of approved quality and size as directed and also in digital form in CD with total 5 sets each complete all as directed. Note :- These shall be signed by Engineer-in-charge and GE in token of their check.

Preparation and submission of completion record drawings (showing all internal services routes) of buildings at srl No 01 to 21 of Sch 'A' Sec-I duly incorporating changes, if any during execution and provision of respective TD drawings on computer based AUTOCAD software and shall be submitted to Engineer-in-charge in print copy on tracing paper of approved quality and size as directed and also in digital form in CD with total 5 sets each complete all as directed. Note :- These shall be signed by Engineer-in-charge and GE in token of their check.

Preparation and submission of PSMB (periodical services measurement book) of buildings at srl No 01 to 21 of Sch 'A' Sec-I duly recorded all measurement in details of all the periodical services executed as per schedule of finishes. Print copy of PSMB in well binded (Register type) of approved quality and also in digital form in CD shall be submitted to Engineer-in-charge complete all as directed. Note :- (i) These shall be signed by Engineer-in-charge and GE in token of their check. (ii) Performa/ pattern of PSMB shall be as given by GE.
