COMPREHENSIVE DAY TO DAY REPAIRS TO MD ACCN AT DEF CIV COLONY KANDIVALI AND MD ACCN AT MALAD UNDER GE (N) SANTACRUZ MUMBAI

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description, in any position, not otherwise specifically provided, for wall (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing concrete debris and depositing outside MD land all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars, 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cutting of rusted reinforcement & welding shall be inclusive in this item of work

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars, 5 to 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binder, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cutting of rusted reinforcement & welding shall be inclusive in this item of work

Supply & fix MS/TS dowel pins/staple/shear pins including drilling holes in concrete and providing labour but excludeing the materials for grouting the pins etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for repairing of damaged concrete portion by using superfluid dual shrinkage compensated structural grade M-40 micro concrete of at all levels with all leads and lift as directed including mixing, laying, levelling, finishing and curing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Fosroc / SIKA / BASF / Krishna Conchem or equivalent approved .

Material and Labour for reinforced cement concrete (Nominal mix) 1:1.5:3, using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs, chajja, shelves and like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for formwork using steel shutters or 12mm marine ply to have the smooth finish to pour the micro concrete/ concrete including de-shuttering etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and applying rust cleaner of approved make over prepared reinforcement, including removing concrete all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars by manual methods such as hammering the rebar, using wire brushes, chiseling, etc. and applying rust removing solution of approved make with cotton waste swab to reinforcements etc complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Material and labour for providing and applying two coats of anticorrosive epoxy phenolic rebar protective system IPNet RB of Krishna Conchem or equivalent of approved make and quality comprises of resin and hardener mixed as per manufacturer's instructions with minimum 9-10 hours between the coats, sprinkling dry sand when 2nd coat is tacky so as to provide rough finish and ensuring air curing of minimum 10 hours after the top coat before any subsequent treatment etc. including scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- Dr FIXIT/ FOSROC/ Krishna Conchem/BASF/Sika as approved by GE Note: (a) New Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. (b) Cost of welding deemed to be inclusive in this item of work.

Material and labour for providing and applying a priming cum bonding coat of two component Epoxide Resin conforming to ASTM-C-882-91 of approved make and quality to clean and sound concrete area by brush or any other established method by mixing base and curing agent 2:1 proportion by weight for joining old and new concrete as per technical specifications of manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- Dr FIXIT/ FOSROC/ Krishna Conchem/BASF/Sika as approved by GE Note-Work shall be carried out as per the manufacturers specifications & certificate on this account shall be taken from consultant and as approved by Engineer-in-charge
