PROCUREMENT OF 600 SCMH ELECTRIC MOTOR DRIVEN CNG COMPRESSORS (VFD STARTER) (18 MONTHS ARC) FOR CGD PROJECT AT SIX GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS (GAs)

Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, String test, Supply including packaging and forwarding, insurance, loading and unloading of Skid mounted 600 SCMH Electric Motor driven CNG Compressor [VFD Starter] Package with discharge flow capacity of 600 SCMH at the specified conditions (as per technical specification and scope of work) with explosion proof electric & control panel complete with power, control cable & 3 nos. of ESDs having suction pressure of 16 kg/cm2(g), inlet line gas pressure range of 14 – 49 kg/cm2(g) (performance range 14 to 19 kg/cm2(g) with discharge pressure 255 kg/cm2(g) with 9 bank priority panel(fully automatic) with 3/4'' OD Isolation ball valves on each outlet line along with all special tools and tackles required for erection and commissioning, supply of hydraulic oil, flame arrester, spark arrester, Knock out drum, oil separator, pulsation vessel, CO2 flooding system etc., to commission the compressor as per Technical volume. The package shall be inclusive of, but not limited to, the following: a) String test of complete compressor package along with accessories at packager’s factory including TPIA (Third Party Inspection Agency) Charges. b) Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply including packaging and forwarding, insurance, custom clearance, handling, loading and unloading of air compressor of 5.5KW capacity (approx..) discharge pressure approx. 10-16 kg/cm2g, 500 Water liter capacity air receiver for instrumentation air dryer along with all accessories and auxiliaries. (excluding SCOPE OF TRANSPORTATION CHARGES for this item, which is to be quoted separately at ITEM No. A.1.1.1 BELOW)

Inland Transportation up to Delivery location and other cost incidental to delivery of goods at Item Code A.1.1 (Compressor) Note: (i) GAIL's GA locations are Varanasi, Patna, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Cuttack, and Bhubaneswar. The tentative quantity-wise delivery locations are mentioned in the notes to MR of the tender document (Vol-II of II), for reference only. However, the actual delivery locations will be mentioned/confirmed at the time of the released order/P.O. (ii) 1500 Km per Compressor has been considered for the purpose of evaluation only. However, the Inland transportation Charges shall be paid for actual distance based on quoted per KM per Compressor (machine) rate. (iii) The distance between the Vendor work/warehouse and delivery location shall be derived on the basis of shortest distance available in Google map / MapmyIndia website. Refer tender for details. LCV Trailer Panels Supply & Delivery of LCV trailer panel complete with mass flow meter (with internal local display) based on Coriolis principle of Micro motion, USA (Model CNG 50 with 2700 transmitter, cabling, suitable for hazardous area classification. Panel shall be weather proof. Sheet metal work shall be SS 304. LCV trailer panel shall be mounted / installed near LCV stand. Purchaser shall arrange SS316 tubing from compressor to trailer panel and from trailer panel to LCV filling point with hose and fittings. Hose & fittings shall be in bidder’s scope. Hose shall be 5 feet in length along with breakaway coupling & fitting (quick connector coupler & Stem) should have provision of NRV. Dispatch of LCV panels shall be as intimated during dispatch clearance. Note: GAIL's GA locations are Varanasi, Patna, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Cuttack, and Bhubaneswar. The quantity-wise delivery locations for LCV Trailer Panels in aforesaid GA Locations shall be confirmed at the time of Released Order (RO). Bidder to quote the charges for Inland Transportation up to Delivery location and other cost incidental to delivery of goods of this Item (LCV Trailer Panel) including rate of its Ex-works Supply. Thus, Cost of Transportation Charges against this item is included in this scope. No separate payment towards Transportation Charges shall be paid against delivery of LCV Trailer Panels at any of aforementioned 6 GA Locations of GAIL.

Installation, commissioning & Field performance test of Compressor Package including all accessories/ equipment(s) i.e. air compressor, CO2 flooding system etc. system at site.

Design, supply, loading, unloading, transportation, fabrication, installation, blasting and painting of structure for placing 4500 WL cascade above the compressor package. Note: Requirement for 4500 WL shall be intimated during release order.
